Izumi let out a breath as he picked a box heading up the steps to his old home, "Been a while." he smiled. He made his way to his old room and set the box down. "I really want to look after you now because I couldn't before."

Tetsuya smiled and nods, " sure, if you want i can put your stuff on the right place when your making lunch" he said to his older brother as he quickly ran outside and when he saw those boxes he smiled and grabbed a box and walked inside, well he was soon yawning and was looking half asleep as he carried another box for another box upstairs to Izumi's room, once all the boxes were inside in Izumi's room he walked towards the bed and laid on it already taking a nap again, well that's how tetsuya was taking a nap whenever he could. usually he will only wake up when someone wakes him up, so Izumi could better wake his younger brother up then.

Izumi petted his brother's head as he slept. "Geez." he smiled. "I'll make lunch then wake him.." he left his room and went to the kitchen.

Tetsuya woke up when Izumi called though he was still half asleep and half awake when he walked out of the bedroom and towards the stairs. The moment that Tetsuya wanted to walk downstairs he missed a stair and fall downstairs because that he had not paid so much attention well Tetsuya was being used to it anyways since it had happened often to him. Tetsuya winced and rubs his butt and head as both had being sore from the fall.

Tetsuya giggles and closed his eyes as Izumi petted his head, he really liked that " haha yeah that still didn't changed" he said with a chuckle as he looked with a blush at his older brother, " huh? why is it unhealthy? i like to sleep so much, besides i was always allowed to do that, they actually wanted me to sleep that much, but they never told me the reason why they wanted that" he said to Izumi as he rubs his neck, " so um how do we change that sleeping habits? " he asked

"hmm... stick to me for the next month." Izumi smiled. "Sleep in my room only." he said. "And you can only sleep after 9 p.m so if I find you asleep before that you get punished and everytime you only sleep after 9 I'll give you a reward."

Tetsuya blinked, " eh me sleeping with you in one room? in one bed?" he asked with a blush and looked slightly away, " uh sure i wi..will do my best to go sleep after 9 p.m then, but i'm not sure if i can make it the first few days. and what will be the punishments and what will be the rewards?" he asked curious.

" he asked as he wanted to talk with his older brother, but he didn't knew how to start since they didn't saw each other so much before. Tetsuya blushes and nods, " well i guess your right, i'm sorry. i guess i just got carried away, i mean well i was just curious about how you were doing and what you did when we were separated" he said as he rubs his neck feeling a bit embarrassed from asking so much questions, " really, well maybe you should call some of your friends and hang out with them or something" he said thinking that it would maybe be good for Izumi to have some time with his friends after all of this. He shrugged and thought about it, " well if you want i can take a job for after school hours so that i will go straight after school to the job and then we can use that money for the bills?" he suggested trying to help as he thought that it was maybe better if he took a job since things were changing more for Izumi then for him, since Izumi was also moving after what happened with their father besides that Izumi was already taking care of him so what did Tetsuya need to do then. " ah well i'm not hungry, sure i will go upstairs then" he said as he walked upstairs and entered the bathroom as he let the warm water fill the bath tube before taking his clothes off and waited naked in the bathroom till the tube was full with warm water as he added soap in it and then turned the water off as he goes into the bath tube and enjoyed the warm feeling of the water as he closed his eyes and already fall asleep again but now in the bath.

Tetsuya soon woke up as he rubbed his eyes and winced when he wanted to stand up his body was completely tensed up from laying so uncomfortable and he was feeling very cold as he shivers and coughed a bit, he probably got a little bit sick from laying in the cold water the whole night, he saw how late it was and quickly hurried into the bedroom and put his clothes on and then when he was completely done he walked out of the house and goes to his tennis training, well there was a secret side by Tetsuya that his family didn't knew and some of his friends neither, it was that Tetsuya was a member of the national tennis team and he was very good at it as well.

Izumi came back late then sat in the kitchen tired. He let out a breath then laid his head on the table.

Tetsuya was running back home as he had noticed that it was already pretty late as he came home, he didn't knew that Izumi was already back as he stepped inside with his tennis racket in his tennis bag that he carried on his shoulder and still in his uniform that they were using in the national tennis team. "Yes there were times when I wasn't in school but they were only for important things and emergencies." he sighed. "I never skipped school for the fun of it or a bad day." he stated. Izumi sighed. "If you're having troubles or anything come talk to me, I'm your brother and I'm here to help you." he told him. "I want you to rely on me and to be able to tell me things." he patted his head. "But as your guardian I can't look it over, you're grounded for a week." he told him. "Now go wash up, I'll cook." he demanded not letting him protest. "And it's only natural for your school to know my number if I went by to update your information." he headed to the kitchen to change.

Tetsuya looked slightly away and rubs the back of his head, "uh...I guess some people would say that what I did was more for the fun.." he muttered softly, well for Tetsuya was it important but for others was it not so very important they would say that it was more for the fun. Tetsuya turned red when he heard what Izumi said and blinked for a bit before shaking his head, "uh well if you really want that, there is a small little problem and that is also the part of why I had skipped school" he said as he sighed softly. "can we maybe talk about it tonight?" he asked his brother as he nods, "I will try to rely more on you. WHAT? NO can't I just get grounded for two days ? " he asked as he pouted. "B..but--... fine" he muttered seeing that it wouldn't help to protest against his brother, "eh oh yeah I didn't really thought about that" he whispered to himself, "it's not fair, how can you tell me to rely on you if I was not able to rely on you in the past few years when we were separated that is just not fair!" he said a bit angry as he walked upstairs and smashed his door shut before laying down on the bed and looked at the ceiling but before he knew it he had already fallen asleep again, well he was tired and even if he had promised to not fall asleep till it was after 9 P.M. normally he enjoyed his sleeps but this time he had not such a nice sleep since he was still feeling bad at what he had said to his brother and soon he woke up again as he get rid of his clothes and then goes to the bathroom and takes a quick shower.

Soon when he was done with that he walked downstairs only wearing his tight white briefs as he entered the kitchen were Izumi still was, "um I..Izumi, I'm really sorry, I didn't mean to say that it was not your fault that we got separated so it was really wrong of me to say that, and I'm also sorry about breaking our promise, uh...you know about that sleeping habit.. I just had fall asleep again" he said and when he stopped with talking he was out of breath since he didn't had stopped with talking to take some breath. Tetsuya goes to the table that was in the kitchen and sat down as he kept looking at Izumi waiting for his brother to say something to him.

Izumi sighed and ran a hand through his head. "....." It hurt what his brother said about the past few years. He knew he hadn't been there when Tetsuya needed him but he was trying his best to make up for it now. He watched his enraged brother head upstairs then head his door slam. "...I'm no good at this, what do I do..." he frowned. After a moment Izumi took a breath and decided he would study for an upcoming test. It was hard for him to balance family life and school since his University wasn't close to his new home.

About an hour later Izumi got started on dinner. He'd heard Tetsuya's door open soon after and then the shower. "I guess he's done sulking." he commented then went back to cooking. By the time his brother came down he was done cooking and was setting the table. He stopped and gave Tetsuya his full attention when he began to speak. When he'd finished Izumi hugged Tetsuya. "This is just as had for me as it is for you and I don't blame you for being mad, and you were right..." Izumi let go and finished setting the table. "I should'e been there for you more." He gave Tetsuya a small sad smile, "but I'm doing my best to make up for it now really, so for now lets just eat."

Tetsuya was looking at Izumi when he was doing the table, and when he got his brother's full attention he sometimes was looking away as a small blush covered his face, he always felt shy when he was looking someone for too long into the eyes or at their face. When Izumi suddenly hugged him he was surprised and his face started to become dark crimson red as it felt like his face was on fire. "i understand that this is also difficult for you as well especially with taking care of me and working and then also doing much things at home and then you are still studying, i guess maybe i could try to cook and make sure that everything is done at home so that there is something less that you need to do? I guess i was also not really easy on you, and i'm sorry for that. I also don't have the right to be mad at you" he said with a soft sigh and when Izumi let go of him he wanted to help with finishing setting the table but he noticed that everything was already done so he just sat down, "Well it's not really your fault, since we were both living at different places, besides i also could have called you or visited you" he said as he rubs the back of his head, "so don't be sad, alrighty Onii-chan" he said with a smile and chuckles softly.

Tetsuya smiled and nods as he looked at the dinner, "wow it smells great Onii-chan. Itadakimasu" he said before he started with eating his dinner as it really taste great.

"Don't talk about visiting me, I'm the older brother I'm supposed to come for you not you for me." Izumi frowned. "And it would be good if we spit chores." He chuckled then began to eat.

"alright but uh could you maybe make a list with chores that i can do so that i wouldn't forget it and that i know which chores i need to do?" Tetsuya asked as he rubbed the back of his head.
After he had ate a little bit he already shoved the plate away as he hadn't eat so much, Tetsuya then leaned back into the chair and yawned as he rubbed his eyes. Tetsuya keeps sitting at the table while he was still half naked only wearing his tight white briefs. "uh Izumi can I sleep in your bed tonight?" he asked with a blush covering his face from ear to ear as he looked shyly away.

"Yeah sure." he nodded. Seeing him not eat more. "Not hungry?" he asked. "You're a growing boy you need to eat more." he stated as he continued to eat and nod his head to his brothers question.

Tetsuya blushes and shook his head, "uh... yeah i'm not hungry anymore" he said softly as he didn't looked into Izumi's eyes, "I guess so.. it's just since already six months i'm not eating so much anymore, just a little bit like now. so don't worry about it" he said as he leaned back into the chair as he watched his brother eating.

"I'm going to worry about it. You need to eat." Izumi frowned especially since you won't be doing much else for the next two weeks." he stood to get something to drink from the fridge. "I'm really setting up rules here since I see dad hasn't so get use to it.

Tetsuya sighed and pouts when he heard that, "but dad says it is not good to eat too much, and when your full then you shouldn't eat more than that" he said as he blinked, "eh what why? " well it was true that Tetsuya was not used to have rules since his dad didn't really bothered to make them up, "not fair. it's not like something worse will happen when i don't eat so much" he said

Izumi finished up his food. "Just get used to it and try to eat a healthier amount of food." he said then stood. "And can you cook?" he asked putting his dishes in the sink.

Tetsuya sighed, "fine..i will think about it" he said and shook his head when he heard what his brother said, "well depends on if you want to have the kitchen burned down or even the house." he said as it one time had happened that the kitchen was on fire because of him and from that time on he was not allowed to cook but well if Izumi wanted him to do that it was not his fault then.

"Fine, you do laundry and buy groceries." he told his younger brother. "I'll cook and remember to pay the bill then we'll split cleaning you take upstairs and me down." he took a breath. "Deal?"

Tetsuya nods, "alright i will do that then. no i don't want that, i will do the laundry and buy the groceries and cleaning the whole house. if you don't agree then it is no deal" he said with a smile as he didn't wanted that his brother would also help with the cleaning, "oh and how would you get the money then? because you can't get a full time job since you also are still on school and it would be difficult to combine them right?" he asked.

"Part time, I'm working at a book store." he replied. "And fine, if you want all three that's fine with me." he chuckled. "Thanks."

"really? so is it busy or is it a nice job?" Tetsuya asked curious, He smiled at Izumi and nods, "yeah i want to do all three of them, since it wouldn't be fair otherwise." he said with a soft giggle and rubbed the back of his head, "ah s..sure no problem" he said with a blush covering his face, "Izumi.. um well the reason that i had skipped school was that i was training for the Nationals, I'm playing tennis by the US West coast tennis club and tomorrow we have our first match in the Nationals so i was hoping if i have your permission to get free from school for tomorrow and if you could maybe come and watch?" he asked as he bite his lip and looked away shyly as he was wondering how his brother would react if he was going to be mad or not.

"It's a nice job." Izumi nodded. When Tetsuya finished he sighed, "... I'm glad you're doing well, but skipping school for that is still bad, I'll let you off tomorrow and come but after that you'd better talk to your couch cause you're not skipping school even if there's a match at the same time." Izumi stood finishing his food. "Tomorrow is your only free day."

Tetsuya nods, "already thought so" he said as he looked down and nods softly again, "..alright.. i know it is bad, but.. what do i need to do then, maybe it is bad to skip school for that but it could also be a chance, maybe i will become a professional and then i can earn a lot of money with it. " he said as he was hoping that Izumi would still change his mind, "thanks, well i will play tomorrow on my best then. the match is going to start around 2 pm " he said to Izumi as he then thought about something, "ne, Izumi did you had played a sport ?" he asked curious as he unconsciously started to eat a bit more and when he noticed it his plate was already empty so he stood up and grabbed his and Izumi's plates and washed them clean before putting them away at the right place.

"....It can be your profession, but you still need something to fall back on if something happens so school comes first." he stated. "As for me I used to play basketball, I had a scholarship actually." he said then stretched. "But accident's happen." Izumi shrugged. "And then reality sets in, if you don't have anything else you're screwed."

Tetsuya thought about what his brother said and well he needs to admit that Izumi was right about it, "I guess your right, maybe is it too much of a risk to depends only on that" he said as he was surprised to hear what Izumi said, "eh but what happened? then you mean that there is a high chance that i also would need to stop someday because of an accident?" he asked as he sighed, "well i guess if you look at that way then i will put school on the first place.."

"There's a high chance of something happening." he nodded. "Now go watch TV." he said. "I'll see you later, I'll try to be back before 9." he said.

Tetsuya smiled and nods as he goes into the living room and turn the TV on as he watched some of his favorite cartoons as he looked at Izumi and nods, "alright, well don't stress about it, i will wait here on you i will not go to bed until you will be back" he said with a smile and a soft blush forming on his face, "S..See you later" he said to his brother before looking at the TV again.

"Remember don't open the door for strangers and keep your cell with you at all times." he said then walked out locking up behind him. He walked to the bus and took it till it got him to the stop a block from his job and got off walking the rest of the way. When he got there he got to work stocking the shelves.

Tetsuya chuckles, "oh don't worry i'm not stupid or anything, and if something happen i can take care of it myself too ya know, i'm not a child." he said as he sighed and thought about what Izumi said, well what was so wrong about to open the door if someone is standing by it, it's not like someone would do strange or bad things immediately, right. well if someone would be on the door then i will just open it, there is nothing bad that can happen after all he is just too worried about things, Tetsuya thought. He continued to watch the television as he yawned before laying down on the couch and sighed feeling a bit bored as he started to play with the keys of the house by throwing them sometimes up and to catch them then.

Izumi went through work slowly and tired. After four hours he headed home no energy left. "Tetsu I'm back." he called entering 30 minutes later. "Are you up?"
