I do not believe Naga is accepted because it's more animal than human. Neko is allowed because adding ears and a tail keeps the majority of the character Human.

Okay well that's great to know and I'm glad nekos are allowed. Are nagas allowed however if they are part human? Thanks for the info I'll draw more human stuff now ;3 between me and my hubby

I do not believe you can post furries on this site. It's mainly human only with few exceptions. I would suggest furaffinity or e621 for furry art posting.
