Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 2 or more posts who has been a member over a week) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 30 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

In this case, a polyp is a growth on the mucous membrane. And I did have it checked about 5 weeks ago, and the only way to get rid of it is with sinus surgery.
I have no idea, I've been sick many times and I keep having bad headaches and I have difficulty breathing sometimes. My guess is allergies... or the small polyp in my nose.
