I hollered at my mom to come and watch it so I could know just WHAT was going on in that video, and she said something like, "I can't believe MTV is still playing that stupid video!" and then she had me turn the channel to Hey Arnold! or some other kid show. XD

The Divinyls is the band that sang that song. The song is from the early '90s. (Waaaay before the Nightcore remix of it)
And I saw the music video for the song when I was about 4, and it made me feel so uncomfortable. So every time I heard that song on the radio, I remembered the video and felt uneasy when I heard it. XD
