David rolled his eyes. "He has others for that," he said. "Elias isn't worth his time."

David looked revolted. "Disgusting! He's my father!"

Hawthorne rolled his eyes. "I meant Josephs, you idiot..."

David smirked. "Not worth my time," he said. "I prefer men with more substance."

"Substance? Personality wise, or body wise?" Hawthorne smirked.

David smirked, moving his hips suggestively. "Both," he purred.

Hawthorne bit his lip. "Listen... This may seem to come out of nowhere, but if there's anything you want, just ask, ok?"

David was shocked. But his face remained cold. "I want to go back to the Rose," he snarled, fighting against the ropes still.

Hawthorne sighed. "You know I can't do that. I'll loosen the ropes, if you promise not to run away, ok?"
