Tim sighs, "I'm fine, it's not like it'll fall off." He says, getting the paperwork on his desk, "Did you clock in? I don't want you marked as late." He says, already starting to read the paperwork. Tim never liked being babied over when he got injured or sick. He looks up at Kobi and frowns, "Really, sweetie, I'm fine. I promise." He says.

"But you were in a car wreck! You could of lost your life!" he screamed in his head to himself. For he was worried that he was going to make things wore for himself. When the question came up of him clocking in. He sighed and shook his head no. "Not yet...I'll get to work." he said. He was about to turn around and head to the door when he heard him say that he was okay. He sadly smiles. "You know I worry because I love you right?" he asked. "Just promise me you won't push yourself to hard." he said before leaving. Going into the back and clocked in. Follow by putting on his apron. Letting out a sigh, before heading out to take orders and bringing the customers their food.

Tim frowned a little and thought about it. He probably should have stayed home, but he felt like since he was here, he might as well stay. He thinks that even if he stayed home, the work wouldn't get done, so why do it now, when the chair he's sitting in is way more comfortable than the hospital bed. So, he leans back in his soft, leather chair, and falls asleep quickly.

Kobi was back to work after being gone for so long. Many of the other waiters welcomed him back and were glad to see him. Soon everything was back to normal. Him taking orders and falling all over himself. Breaking a few plates and spilling some food. Yet there was another problem was raising, he was forgetting some of the customer's orders. Either how they wanted their food or where the food go. It slowed down business just a bit, but they understand why it was happening.

After some time. It reached late afternoon and it was his lunch break. He was going to leave for a bit to get lunch. He thought that he could pick something up for Tim. So he stops by the office and knocks on the door.

Tim doesn't answer when Kobi knocks, but the door isn't locked. When Kobi enters, he sees Tim sleeping at the chair with his legs on his desk. He was snoring a little and had some papers in his hands, but they didn't look like official papers.

Kobi frowned from what he saw when he entered the office. He quietly walked over to him and lightly stroked his hair. "I knew that you shouldn't of got into work today. Why did I have to remember I had to work today?" he thought to himself and quietly sighed. Taking the papers out of his hands and setting them down on the desk. He walked out of the office for a second. Going back with two aprons in his arm. Using them to make a makeshift blanket. Kissing him on the forehead. Before heading out to have lunch.

Tim was still sleeping, but when covered with the aprons and kissed, he sighs softly and smiles a little, pulling the aprons tighter around him.

Hours felt by and Kobi was back to work before you knew it. It was early evening that it short of made a turn for the worse. For a newcomer entered the building and was seated to one of his station. That was normal right? Well...it was his older brother. Kobi could of sworn that his face turned white. For he had no idea how he would know this place or him working here. Taking a deep breath. He walks up and treats him like he was a regular customer. Of course it was short of hard with him glaring at him. Speaking to him harshly was was being quite rude to him. But Kobi did not complain. He just took his order and took it into the kitchen.

Tim was sleeping peacefully in his office, until Lou came in and woke him up, "Hey, get up, sleeping beauty, you have work to do." He says, gently pulling Tim's ear like he did when they dated to wake him up. Tim smiled a little, "Don't do that, I don't like it...." He mumbled, waving Lou's hand away. Lou just chuckled a little, "Well, this is the third time I came in here, you've slept enough. Why're you so tired anyway?" He asked, making Tim roll his head so he would look at him. Tim yawned, "I got in an accident yesterday...."He said, sitting up and stretching, seeing the aprons and giving a confused look. "An accident? Like a car accident? Hell, are you okay?" Lou asked cupping Tim's cheek. Tim sighed and looked at Lou, "I'm fine, just a gimp leg." He says, making Lou let go, "But, anyway, you're right, I have work to do..." Tim stretches again, then Lou makes his move and kisses Tim.

As they kiss, one of the waiters came into the office and some then kiss. Making his cheeks red. For he was not expecting to see that happen in the office. The lad cleared his throat and told Tim that there was a situation in the restaurant. That a customer is harassing Kobi.
