Tim smiles, "Food would be nice, I'm pretty hungry." He says, then gets a post-it and writes down what he wants from the supermarket, "It's not that far. Do you think you can make it?" He asks, giving him the note and smiling.

Kobi took the post-it and nodded his head. "Of course. I'll be back before you know it." he said with a smile. Then took off.

Right as he exited the restaurant through the back, he bumped into Lou, who was clocking out. Lou smiles at Kobi, "Hey there. Did Tim let you off? I was gunna get a snack, wanna come along?" He asks, putting his apron in the locker.

Running into Lou. He shook his head no. "No. Until my memory improves, I'm going to be his secretary. I'm running out now to get him some lunch." he told him. Then he remember about the leg thing. A serious expression came onto his face. "Say Lou. I talked to Tim. He said that you didn't drop anything on his leg." he said. "Why did you lie to me? What did you really do to Tim?" he asked like he wasn't going to take any lies.

Lou frowns a little and has a bit of an upset look, " Fine, I woke him up and he got mad at me." He lies again, "I felt like it was a bit of a lame excuse. He did tell me about his leg though." He says, opening the door to the exit open for Kobi, "Sorry for lying." He says with an apologetic smile, "So I guess I'll see you later." He says.

Sadly for Kobi, he believed that was the truth. The serious look vanished and smiled. "I rather hear that then you hurting him." he tells him and pats him on the shoulder. Hearing that he was sorry. He smiled in a friendly way. "It's okay. I'll see ya later." he said and went off.

Lou waves bye then heads back into the restaurant, telling Kobi he forgot his wallet and to have a safe trip. When Kobi is gone, Lou heads up to Tim's office and knocks lightly, opening the door as he does. Tim looks up and frowns a little, "O-oh.... hey Lou. What're you doing here? Isn't it your break?" Lou smiles a little, "Yes. I have a certain craving right now. And don't tell me that crap about you being in a relationship, because I know what you like." Lou says, locking the door behind him and kissing Tim once again. Tim moves his head away, "Stop it, I told Kobi i'd try and be loyal." Tim says, trying to push him away. Lou just sighs, "You said try. Not that you'd be successful. And he won't find out." Lou says, nipping at Tim's neck.

Kobi check around in his pocket and was right. He did forget his wallet. So he walks back in and wonders where he left it. Soon he starts to retrace his footsteps. He went trought the back door and didn't find it. He check the break room and it was not in his locker. He check around the tables he were serving (some of which he forgot). Last place to look was Tim's office. He was about to open it when he notice that it was locked. This he heard to voices. One was Tim, that was obvious. And the other...was Lou? He thought that he had already left. He heard him say stop but then he heard what Lou said to his lover.

The lad stood there in shock. Was Tim seeing Lou behind his back? Was he...cheating on him. After what he had told him in the hospital. He felt his heart shattered into a million pieces. Then, acting on impulse. He starts to kick and bang very loudly on the door. It sounded like a bear was trying to make it's way in. At the same time it was bothering the people in the restaurant.

Tim jumps at the noise, "Idiot, why did you lock the door?" He hisses at Lou, shoving him off and heading towards the door. "Come on, just forget it, they'll leave. Get back here, Tim." Lou says, sitting in Tim's chair again. "Shut up, Lou, I told you, I promised him I wouldn't!" Tim had opened the door and saw Kobi, and he sighs in relief. "You come at the perfect times." He says and hugs Kobi as if he had just saved his life. Then he glares at Lou, "And you have lunch to get to. Leave me alone and go eat." He says, making Lou scowl a little. "Fine, two-timing bastard." He says, leaving the office. Tim just grumbles, "I thought he was doing good at backing off...." He tells Kobi, then sees his expression and he frowns, "I'm not cheating...." He says quickly.

Kobi continued to Bang on the door until it was finally opening. Then he stopped and he looked so hurt, angry and upset. As Tim wrapped his arms around the waiter. He did not returned the gesture. For he was in a really upset state. He glares at Lou as he walks out of the office. His was bottling up his rage. Hearing his lover explain that he was not cheating on him. But how can he trust him? He told him that he was prone to cheat. Tears start to roll down his cheeks and again on impulse. He left his lover's arms and stormed out. Catching up to Lou and...bam! He punches him right in the kisser. A lot harder then you would think he could hit. Grabbing him by the collar and pinned him to the wall. "I trusted you! You said you would lay off of Tim!" he yelled in anger. "I may seem girly to you and some what! But Tim is mine and if you think that I will let you have him! Then you are wrong! He doesn't want you anymore!" he told him. Then he fell to his knees and placed his hand over his eyes. "Please...don't take Tim away from me. Don't take my only treasure in life." he sobbed.
