As they were leaving the I.C.U infant care room, he to looks back and smiles at the little guy. Then he listens to Jani mention that he was tired and wondered if he could sleep next to his lover. "I know that they will let you sleep next to him in a chair, but in his bed or another I am not sure." he tells him. "Man, I am so hungry. Good thing we are stopping by cafe, maybe we could get something for Aki-chan to. You know, something he can eat once he wakes up."

"You can eat Takashi. I'm too how can we put it, on nerve city to eat. If I ate something I'd more then likely throw it up. Though I do think I can stomach a cup of coffee. As for getting Akihiko something I'm not sure if the doctors want him to eat yet. He might be too weak to stomach food right now. Plus he did happen to give birth to three beautiful kids. So lets just say I think he'll be out of it for awhile." Jani said, sighing some as he looked at his watch. "Shit its late."

"Yeah, I think you are right on that. Aki-chan might not be able to eat solid food after what he been through. I am just hungry, can't think straight for a moment." he tells him. "But are you sure coffee is a good idea? Wouldn't that make you more tense. Maybe you should have some tea or something like that." he tells him. When he mention that it was late again, he nods his head and yawned. "Yeah, the C-section took awhile. Do you have work tonight?"

"Its understandable Takashi. I have to think with a clear head. And I'm sure. I need it to keep my brain functioning. If it happens to lets say go dead on me then I can't think all that well. And Takashi I'm already tense. My fiance is in the hospital, I have three kids here, one in ICU, and I'm a nervous wreak." Jani said, sighing some as he heard Takashi mention work. "Yeah I do. Get me to a damn pay phone so I can call them and explain what happened."

He understood that he was already a nervous wreck, but he feared that having coffee would make him more tense. Takashi then leads the new daddy to the pay phones, pulling out change from his pocket so that he could call someone at his work place.

Jani dialed the number to his work, getting his boss on the phone and explaining everything that happened to him and Akihiko. He smiled some as he talked to his boss for a bit, soon getting off the phone. "Well he understood my situation. His wife went through a similar one. So he told me not to worry about it and I should take a couple weeks off. He said as a new parent I'll need it. He's even gonna send me pay to help out. A pay vacation he called it." He said, glad he wasn't in any trouble for not showing up.

He smiled to hear the good news about his work, patting him on the back. "That's great to hear. I think Aki-chan would love for you to stay behind and help out. Get more time to spend with you and help with the kids." he said cheerfully. "Now lets get you some coffee." he said and lead him to the small cafe. Where he sat him done in a chair at a table. While he goes up to the counter and orders a coffee for him, the way he likes it and a sandwich for himself. It took a couple of minutes, but he comes back and gives him his coffee. "Here ya go."

"Yeah I know. Plus I do need the time off since I am pretty tired. I've been struggling with work and helping Akihiko with what he needs. I haven't had time for school anymore either. I kinda had to drop all my classes and wait until the kids were born before I could go back." Jani said, smiling some as they made their way to the cafe. As he was helped into the chair he watched Takashi go to get his coffee, seeing him come back a couple minutes later. "Thanks Takashi." He said, taking a sip of the coffee and sighing. "Not the best out there but it'll do." Jani said, referring to hospital coffee.

"That's got to be rough. My folks would yell me ears off if I dropped my classes, but you have a good reason to do so." he tells him. After handing his coffee to him. He too a seat in the other seat at the table and took his sandwich out of the package. Picking it up and took a bit bite out of it, he was starving. As he heard Jani mention that the coffee wasn't all that good here, he smiles and chuckled. "Well I don't the hospital is well known for the coffee." he tells him in a joking matter.

As they were sitting there, their was a shady looking guy lurking around. He had sunglasses on, a baseball cap of some team and a camera in his hand. Takashi looks over at him and glared at him. "How much do you want to be that he's not visiting a family member here?" he asked Jani. Watching him go the the elevator and went to the third floor.

"Yeah well its understandable. You can't where as I have a good reason." He said, taking another sip of his coffee. "No they ain't but to me coffee is coffee. I take what I can get." He said, hearing what Takashi said and seeing the guy in the corner of his eyes. "Fuck." He said, standing up slowly as he gingerly made his way to the elevator. "Somebody is a fucking dead man when I get my hands on them." Jani said, growling softly as he heading to the elevator with a slight limp due to his nerves.
