Daemon couldn't say no to that face. He nodded and stood from the chair. "Of course, baby... Then it's off to take a bath. We didn't give you one this morning. are you done with your food?"

Nathaniel got off his chair and nodded. "I'm done, mommy." he said as he took hold of one of Daemon's hands eagerly.

Daemon smiled and took Nathaniel's hand. He would clean up the kitchen later. He held his son's hand as he walked to the closet and opened the door. He pulled out a blanket large enough to drape over Nightwing's back but short enough that it wouldn't get in his way if he decided to walk around or eat the hay and carrots Daemon left for him daily.

Nathaniel eagerly left the castle with Daemon while he held his hand, still wearing his coat, and he quickly rushed to the stable where Nightwing was grazing on some hay in his stable and the young vampire put his hands on the bars of the door since he wasn't tall enough to reach the lock. He instead waited for Daemon to open the gate door to the stable while gazing at the large animal who nickered softly every now and then as he chewed some hazy that was in his mouth.

Daemon chuckled. Their son was so energetic. He opened the gate and let Nathaniel in, following him right after. He walked up to Nightwing and gently pet his head before he walked around to the horse's side and threw the blanket over his back. He smoothed it out and adjusted the sides so they were even and weren't in Nightwing's way. "There ya go buddy... Nathaniel wanted to bring you a blanket so you weren't cold."

Nightwing turned his head a little hearing the gate open and slowly backed up from his hay as Nathaniel ran over to greet him. Any other horse would've been startled as Nathaniel went straight for Nightwing's side and began rubbing the side of the majestic creature. Nightwing was used to Nathaniel's energy and was patient with the boy, nickering softly as he felt those small hands run across his coat. He turned his head once more to look at Daemon as he felt bigger hands on his head and greeted him with another nicker. He watched with his dark eyes as Nathaniel backed away so Daemon could lay a blanket across his back so that it wasn't in his way when he walked around. His ears twitched hearing Daemon talk to him and he looked down at the small vampire who was beaming up at the much taller horse and Nightwing bent his head to nuzzle his muzzle against the child who giggled as he wrapped his arms around the horse's head.

(Nuzzle his muzzle :3 that's a funny line)

Daemon back away once he was placed the blanket in Nightwing. The horse was patient with Nathaniel. He was grateful for that. He didn't think his maternal instinct would not harm Nightwing if Nathaniel was in danger. He smiled at the sight of Nathaniel hugging Nightwing. Yeah, this horse was very patient. Daemon gently ran his hands along Nightwing's neck and then moved away to refill his water trough.

"Nathaniel. I need to go get the water hose. Please be careful in here and Be nice to Nightwing. Okay, baby?"

With that Daemon walked out of the stables and around it to the water hose.

"Okay, mama." Nathaniel replied before watching as Daemon left the stable and he then looked forward at the horse who playfully nibbled on Nathaniel's shirt, making Nathaniel giggle and laugh as Nightwing began gently pulling at Nahtaniel's shirt even as the boy turned away from him.

Daemon dragged the water hose around the stable and hooked it up to the water outside. He grabbed one end and dragged it into the stable and into Nightwings trough. He smiled at the sight. Nightwing playing with his son. Tugging on his shirt like he had before with Daemon's hair. He chuckled and left to turn the tap on. Once it was on he came into the stable to watch the water. He smiled. "He's gonna eat your shirt shirt Nathaniel.." He teased the little vampire. Nightwing had him pretty well by the shirt.

Nathaniel laughed as Nightwing lightly nibbled on his ponytail only to go back to tugging playfully and gently on the boy's shirt. "Mama!~ His breathing tickles!"
