Alex wiped his eyes as he tried to stay quiet, once the other was gone he went to wash his face off so that no one would know he had cried. Taking a deep breathe he went to Math, his next class. He tried his best to stay out of the way yet was pushed into many lockers on his way. When he was almost there a jock guy walked up to him "Hey there retard, what a lolipop?" He smirked, chuckling at his friends as if this was a A class joke. Alex shook his head trying to back up.

Mason walked to his next class, not really caring if he was late or not. The teacher was going to yell at him anyways, so why rush? He always found it funny that bundle of kids seemed to part down the middle every time he tried to walk somewhere. They were all so terrified of him. At first, it used to bother him, but now he just found it kind of funny even though it still irritated him. On his way to class, he saw the new kid Alex. The girly looking boy seemed to be getting picked on hard. People were shoving him into lockers and calling him names. He looked like he was on the verge of crying...or like he was already crying and was going to start crying again.

Mason just sighed and continued walking, ending up in the same classroom as Alex. He sat down next to Alex. He figured if he sat next to him, it would be a lot better than some other asshole who would just make fun of him all class. The kid was having a rough day, and Mason did feel bad for him. "Alex was it?" Mason said as he turned to him. "Just ignore these fuckers. It makes all of this easier." He told him.

Alex kpt his head down as he sat until the boy from the principles office started to talk to him. "O-okay.. A-are they.. Are they always..mean?" He asked softly shaking some. His encounter from earlier still shaking him as he had been sexually teased. He had wanted to go to school to make friends but it was begginning to look like he'd have none.

Mason felt really bad for the kid. Even he didn't have it that rough when the kids used to pick on him. "Yeah. The people here are fucking assholes." Mason told him. "They spot anything different and they make fun of it and call you all sorts of names." He added. "You'll learn how to deal with it." Mason couldn't help but look at those green eyes of his again. Fuck they were distracting.

Alex nodded slowly and looked at his notes, he went quiet for the rest of the class. His eyes hiding the tears as well as they could as they made his eyes look glassy. He hated it here. It semed this boy was nice but he also knew he was the bad kid from the yells in the office. He was scared and felt really alone here.

The bell rang, which meant it was time for lunch. Mason grabbed his bag and rushed out of the room. He had to get there fast. There was no way he could let this deal slip through. Running through the halls, Mason made it to the back of the school quickly. No one hardly came to the back of the school. It was all concrete, and it was constantly filled with wrappers and other litter from the overflowing dumpsters. It was perfect for a bit of privacy if you could stand the lack of hygiene.

By the time he got there, there was already a short male there, dressed in a black hoodie and some baggy jeans. "You got it?" He asked.

"Yeah." Mason said as he placed his bag on the ground. He unzipped it and pulled out a package. Truth be told, Mason didn't know what was inside. If it was his guess, it was probably drugs, weed or cocaine more specifically. The boss told him to hand it off, so that was all that mattered.

"Where's the money?" Mason asked. He saw the man smile, only to see two more guys appear from behind the dumpsters. "What the fuck?" The two men rushed him, pinning him down as the other one tried to wrestle the package from his hands.

Alex was curious of the male and fallowed him. He wanted to stick close to the only person who was even remotely nice to him. Confused when he saw the boy go outside he waited abit before going out. When he did he saw him get pinned and he reacted violently with a yell of "Stop!" He was frozen to the spot and shaking but he didnt want the boy hurt.

When Mason heard someone yell stop, he knew exactly who it was. All of the men looked up to see who had yelled at them to stop. "Who the fuck is that?" One of the men said.

"Get him!" The man in the black hoodie shouted. Before they could run, Mason reached out and grabbed one of their ankles, making them fall to the floor. He threw the other one off of him as he got up. Mason picked up his bag and ran, grabbing Alex's hand.

"Come on! Run!" Mason shouted at Alex as he pulled on the poor kid's hand. If they didn't get back into the school quickly, who knows what kind of trouble they were in for.

Alex stumbled and clung to the others hand as he tried to keep up, shaking horribly as he did so. He remained quiet as they ran, only panting and whining lightly.

Mason pulled Alex as they continued to run across the concrete. They reached the door, which Mason opened, pushing Alex inside before closing the door behind him. He took his bag and began to bash the handles, destroying the lock mechanism so they couldn't get inside. Once that was done, he approached Alex. "What the fuck were you doing back there?" Mason asked Alex. The hallway was extremely narrow, so the two were really close together. "You could have gotten yourself killed!" Mason yelled at him.
