I think its okay to be shy and not immediately open up to everyone ^_^ Of course you should open up to people eventually after they've known you a while, but that goes without saying ^^ And I hate talking on the phone/Skype too xD I just don't think I'd ever have anything to say.

Yeah, i think the main reason if this site is to simply talk...about yaoi....(>-.-<) and maybe make friends. But there are some who would consent to webcam chat. So I guess its on preference.
