"Sorry?... Ah, y...yes, please..." Naruto answered. His dream about a perfect day at the beach was starting to crumble. Kiba had ruined everything, by blurting out all that stupid stuff to Shiro. But he had to admit he was also to blame. Had he locked his bedroom door, or at least taken of those posters, so Shiro couldn't see them, then things wouldn't have progressed to where they were at that moment.

" you know that im joking about that, there is no raman flavored ice cream" shiro said to naruto only to offer some of his icecream to naruto.

In another place and time, Shiro's light joke would have made him smile, maybe even giggle a bit. But now, it only managed to bring Naruto down even more.

Shiro sgihed as he went over to the check out and waited for naruto" I feel really sad right now" he said to himself as he lightly licked his ice cream.

Naruto took the other two ice creams and joined the others. He handed Kiba his treat, and went inside the car. He wanted to dump it in his face, but he figured they didn't need to put up another show in front of Shiro.

Shiro got into the back seat only to have the top scoop of ice cream fall on his lap" crap!" he said in a bitter tone a she tired to get the ice cream off of his lap and pants.

Naruto was quietly eating his treat in the front seat, when he heard Shiro sighing, and turned around to see what had happened. The young lad had accidentally dropped some ice cream in his lap. Or it could have fallen off, seeing it was very hot outside. He wanted to give him a hand, but he hesitated. He was afraid Shiro might see his desire to help as a form of harassment. What if he accused him of hitting on him? Things would only get worse.
He opened the glove compartment, searching for the tissues, and when he found them, he gently reached out his hand, offering the pack to Shiro.

Shiro sighed as he took the tissues from naruto" did you bring the spare trunks that I asked you for?" shiro asked in a timid tone a she tired to get most of the ice cream off of his pants.

"Um, yes, they're in the trunk, along with our other supplies. I... I didn't know what color you liked, so I brought all the five pairs I found for you..." Naruto wanted to say more, but he just couldn't. What was there to say?
Maybe the sun, and the sand, and the beautiful waves of the sea would calm down all or their nerves...

" shiro nodded " um...do I want to know if they are shorts or speedos?" he asked in a nervous tone as he had his hand on the handle of the door.

"Um, I... I think I put in both types, but we can go and check to see, if you like..." Naruto suggested, putting his ice cream aside.

" but ....oh okay" shiro said a she handed his ice cream to kiba" if you eat any of it you will be on a lesh for a week" shiro said to kiba in a bitter tone as he exited the car and went to the back of the car.

"Wha..." Kiba looked quite puzzled, hearing Shiro's innocent but kinky threat. Then he grinned, licking his lips, as though he'd had a taste of that delicious treat the boy had given him for safe keeping.
"Well, well" he chuckled, after Shiro and Naruto were out of sight, and could no longer hear him "Looks like we're starting to rub off on you"

Naruto opened the trunk, and started rummaging through the supplies for the bag in which he'd put swimwear for Shiro. He was very quiet, and quite apprehensive, seeing how Shiro was standing right behind him, looking over his shoulder...

" you think that kiba woudl ever attack me in my sleep?" shiro asked naruto as he looked to the side seeing cars past them.

"Kiba... attack...? W... why?" Naruto asked on a very low tone, trying to hide the tremors in his voice. "D... did he say, or do something that... might have led you to... believe he'd... be capable of something like that?" He began to wonder why Shiro would ask such a question. They teased him a few times, but never they go over the edge, by attacking him, or harassing him. Maybe Shiro was asking, because of what he'd learned about them that day. Was he afraid of them? Did he see them as monsters now?

" sorry...I sould not have asked that...its jsut I don;t know what to do now knowing that the two of you..." he said only to hang his head in confusion." you are okay its jsut kiba ...I mean sure hes' lazy at times but I don;t know how he will act when he has the enery" shiro said to naruto.

"N... no, I don't think Kiba would do something like that. I.. I've lived with him for quite a while, and I'm alright." Naruto answered, feeling around for that damn bag. "Ah, here we are" he said, pulling it out from under the blankets, and handing it to Shiro.

" shiro sighed a sh handed the bag to naruto" could you pick? I'll change in the car if thats okay with you and kiba..." he said to naruto in a timid tone.Shiro was going to whisper that into narutso ear but he had changed his mind aobut that.

"S... sure, I... I'll pick" Naruto stuttered, with his hands shaking. What was he to do? What if Shiro wouldn't be satisfied with his choice? He wouldn't have had any problems with such a request, had it not been for the incident that day. He really thought he'd disappointed Shiro, so how could he make a choice for him now? He found himself wishing Kiba were there, so he could graciously hand that responsibility over to him.
But there was no more time to think, as Shiro was waiting, and Naruto didn't want to make matters any worse, by keeping him there. So he reached inside the bag, and picked the first item that he came across, showing it to his friend.
"W... will this do?"

" what will what do?" shiro asked playing dumb as he did not turn his head to look at the other.

"This" and Naruto showed it to him, so Shiro could see what he was talking about. "Is the color satisfactory?"

" kiba coudl you come out here and give me your opinion?" shiro called out to the other hoping that his ice cream had not melted nor had kiba eaten it.

"Wah?" Kiba mumbled, going over to the back of the car, to find that Naruto was holding a pair of briefs for Shiro to look at.

Shiro sighed she turned aroudn only to see what naruto was holding" wh-what are those? thy look like underewear" he siad to naruto in a confused tone.

"Underwear? Naruto asked equally puzzled. "They're not underwear, but um, If you don't like them, then how about these?" he asked, and picked up a pair of speedos, just as Kiba stopped to lean against the car.

" jsut give me a pair of trunks" shiro said in defeat not really wanting to show that much skin to the other two." still got my ice cream you mutt? and that is for you" shiro said as he was refering to the speedo.

Kiba didn't bother to answer his question. He just showed him the ice cream, and yawned, shielding his eyes from the powerful sunlight. Naruto took the speedos and tossed them in the bag. "Why don't you tell me what you like from here? I think you're more equipped to make a better choice than anyone else, seeing how you're going to wear them..."

" fine...." shiro said in a tired toen as he took the ice cream form kiba and looked througth teh bag only to find a blue and black plad trunks" these will do I guess" he said as he started to drip ice cream " opps....um...help? please help?" he asked as he tired to lick the ice cream as fast as he could.

"Let me help" Kiba offered, and started licking the dripping in a truly perverted way. Naruto blushed, feeling his jaw was about to drop, at the sight of Kiba using his tongue in such a naughty way. They'd kissed once, a year ago. It was a deep, passionate kiss, their very first. But they decided not to go any further, and forget about the whole thing, acting as though nothing like that had ever happened between them. Perhaps Kiba had forgotten, and moved on, but he certainly hadn't...

Shiro had stopped mid lick as he felt kiba lick away the drips of ice cream that were on his hand.His whole body froze , shiro did not know what to do.Should he tell kiba to stop or should he move the ice cream away.Shiro glanced over at naruto only to give a look for help.

"Hey, Kiba, you had your share, let the guy eat his ice cream in peace!" Naruto scolded him, pulling him away from Shiro. "I'm so sorry, I'll go get you another one..."

" huh? another one? i have not even finished this one." shiro said only to look at naruto confused.finishing off the ice cream shiro looked slightly at naruto" think we should leave him here?" he asked naruto with a small smile.

"Well, I think that would be a suitable punishment, for everything he's said and done today" Naruto replied, giving Kiba one of his famous death glares. "But, unfortunately, he's the only one with a driver's licence, not to mention the fact that this is his car, so I'm afraid we're stuck with him, as dreary as it may sound for everyone involved..."

" fine but hes wearing the speedo" shiro said to naruto in a semi bitter tone.Shiro wanted to tell naruto he was sorry but was unsure how to tell him.

"I can even go there completely undressed, so the two of you could have something to feast your eyes on." Kiba chuckled fondling his crotch in front of them.
"Okay, that does it, come on, monkey boy" Naruto replied, grabbing Kiba by his shirt, and dragging him along. "We're going over by that tree, while Shiro's changing in the car."

Shiro smiled as he went into the char to change" perhaps there is hope for one of them" he siad to himself as he undressed and then put on the trunks.Stepping out of the car shiro appered wearing only the short, he saved to the two seeing that he was done.

"I can't believe you! I should pun..." Naruto was saying to Kiba, when he saw Shiro signaling them he was ready. He really hoped the boy would take his time. That would have allowed him to have a serious talk with Kiba.
"We'll discuss this later, he told the guy, gently pushing him against the tree, then turning around and heading for the car.

Shiro felt that naruto was going to kiss kiba when he saw the two but he was disapointed when naruto was walking back to the car." want me to give you a hug?" he asked naruto.
