David smirked. "And do you know how the Rose's fortune grew?"

"No... Enlighten me?"

David smirked. "Their Albatross," he said, then smirked. "Me."

"You gave them your money?" Hawthorne asked.

David rolled his eyes. "No. I helped them find the treasures."

"Oh. I see." Hawthorne replied. "Do I detect a hint of begging?"

David smirked and shook his head. "A deal," he said. "You keep me alive, give me my father's ship and crew, and I keep you rich.

"Hmmm... That's not actually a bad idea..." Hawthorne mused.

David stood up. "On top of sending you to find these treasures I will bring back a quarter of every thing I find as well."
