Hearing Josh asking his question he needed to think for a bit.
"I like them all almost equally.. though.. if I would need to pick one it would be..", he looked at the names written on the boxes. ".. pistachio. And you like the mint ones the best, right Master?" |
Josh ate off of the spoon he had, looking from the icecream, back to Akira. When he heard his answer, he cocked an eyebrow and looked at the carton as though he couldn’t believe it. “That one is really good, not surprising…” Josh then glanced back at Akira and smiled.
“Yes, I like mint, and if you add chocolate it’s even better.” He chuckled and then looked at the other two. “I wanted to do something tonight. Just us two, once the moon comes out…” Josh trailed off, not wanting to bring up the reason why. They could have tomorrow, but Josh wanted to have an entire night with Akira, tomorrow he’d most likely have to sleep earlier due to waking up rather early in the morning, so tonight seemed like the best option. |
"Oh.. When the moon comes out?", he asked, his curiousity picked. "That sounds interesting, Master. I would be glad to accompany you to whatever it may be."
Akira did want to ask what it was.. but somehow felt it was better to not to. "If I may ask.. what questions or dares are in the truth or dare? I.. I mean I understand it's not allowed.. and..", asked young servant though halfway through asking his question got discouraged and shook his head. |
Josh smiled, finishing off his icecream and looking at the window nearby. “It’s nothing scary, trust me, it’s something I did as a child…” Before going any further, Josh heard what Akira had said next, letting out a soft breath and smiling.
“We can play it, as long as Sangre and Harumi don’t ask anything absurd. You can ask anything, or make someone do anything. For example, for truth, you may ask Sangre; have you ever dropped food and served it before? He has to answer honestly.” Sangre heard that and scofffed. “That‘s horrible Never!” Josh rolled his eyes and went on. “Dare can literally be anything. Someone can ask for you to act like a chicken, kiss someone, go and…well do anything really. I prefer to stay away from dares.” Josh mumbled, obviously not impressed with being the one that has to be dared. |
Akira was quite nervous.. till he heard masters example of question and Sangre's answer. It made him chuckle. Then he looked at Josh pleadingly.
"Can we try to play that, please?", he asked, his green eyes on masters face. "Only a bit..? W-would that be fine..? I would like to see what Master played in.." |
Josh looked into those green eyes and couldn’t say no, it was impossible. With a soft smile, he nodded his head and leaned down to kiss Akira, only allowing it to last a few seconds before drawing back and looking back into his eyes. “How can I say no to a face like that?” he smiled and then focused on the other two.
“You two would like to play I s-” “Yes!” Harumi said instantly, eating her icecream and walking over to them. “How about we sit and do it? I have a bunch of dares for you Master.” She giggled. Trying not to show his apathy, Josh sighed again but kept quiet, maybe he’d like it after trying it with Akira. |
He felt a bit embarrassed when Josh kissed him.. but it felt good as always to be kissed by those lips. When he heard what other male said he wondered if he had some weird expression but soon his mind trailed off as he heard Harumi. A bunch of dares? Nodding his head he took some more icecreams and then sat down, already curious what would happen now.

Josh put his bowl in the sink for now, allowing everyone else to have icecream. He himself was more focused on the game, dreading it although at the same time, kind of anticipating it.
“Okay, I think its fair if Harumi starts first.” Sangre said while looking at the gardener and smiling. “So, who’s your first victim?” Harumi looked from Sangre, to Josh. Right away Josh sighed and sat down, leaning in his chair while wrapping one of his arms around Akira. “Alright, I pick truth.” “Boring.” Harumi pouted but went with it anyways. “I heard that you want to travel…is that true?” She wondered. Josh was surprised the question was so simple, not expecting that at all. “Yes…hopefully to third world countries.” He answered before looking at Akira. “Your turn.” he smiled. “Pick which one you’d like. Truth or dare?” he asked. Harumi smiled. Of course her tactic was to start nice and get into the more personal questions, but she’d wait a little longer for that. |
Master wanted to travel? Third world?
"I'm sorry.. but what does it mean 'third world countries'?", he asked softly, feeling a bit ashamed of his lack of knowledge. When he was asked what would he pick he knew he wanted the truth.. but it was Harumi's birthday and she said the truth was boring. Though.. he wasn't sure.. but he would be doing dare? Or master? Akira didn't yet understand how it worked. "Dare..?", he said quietly, forgetting about his icecreams for now as he tensed up, waiting. |
Josh glanced at Akira a little more and answered simply. “Places that have a high majority of people who might be undernourished, unemployed, underprivileged. Something I’d like to help with.” Josh said lightly.
It surprised him when he heard Akira say the word ‘dare’, and he knew right away he wouldn’t make him do anything that would make him uncomfortable. “Alright…” Josh looked at Akira a bit more before glancing around the room. When he finally thought of something. “Make sure to keep it appropriate.” Sangre joked. Josh looked at the chef, almost glaring while he spoke. “I dare Akira to draw something on Sangre.” “What?” Sangre asked, looking at Josh then at Akira. “That’s not a dare, that’s like a privilege.” he chuckled a bit, standing up and grabbing a pen, walking back and smiling. “Something small I’m sure.” the chef muttered. Josh nodded and looked at Akira softly. “You don’t mind that right? Anything is fine, and it’ll wash off.” he tried to explain. |
