Trust... That was some new word for him. Someone trusted him. Master trusted him. Josh, his boyfriend. It made him smile. That was a really good thing to hear. Josh gave him so much already.. and still was giving. And he was careful. At least he tried to be.
"Went to space?", asked Akira, really stunned with the idea. But maybe people could do that now a days? He was almost like a stranger to this age and what happened. Maybe.. it was possible. Akira sighed. There was so many things he needed to learn and everyone else probably knew as a common kowledge. |
Josh looked into Akira’s eyes and smiled, nodding his head slowly and humming in agreement. “Mhm, people go to the moon mostly, since it’s so close to earth. They use a rocket ship, but it can take them months to get there and back though.” Josh muttered while looking for the moon, doubting it would be visible since it was along the South at the moment.
“I’d never do it, I don’t think I can live off the food. Oh, and there isn’t any gravity. So you’re weightless, floating around.” Josh smirked. “Sounds cool huh?” he said softly, still having his hand in Akira’s. |
"Months? Rocket?", gasped Akira, really surprised.
So it was possible to get to the moon? He smiled thinking of it and how great it must be to be able to go on such a trip. "Food? Why?", he asked curiously, his green eyes on Josh. |
Seeing just how Akira was reacting, Josh smiled and spoke with just as much interest as the other man. “Uh huh, you’ll have to use my laptop sometime and look at video’s of space. It’s really beautiful. And the food…well since it has to last a long time so it can‘t expire, and can’t be cooked, they use…well, let’s just say their ice cream isn’t cold, and it’s solid in a bag.” Josh chuckled. “I’d much rather stay on earth and admire the stars from afar.” He said while looking back outside.

"Really? Wouldn't that be great to see all that from close", he asked with a soft smile while he turned his attention to the sight outside the window. "Wouldn't seeing that all beauty of space so close.. wouldn't it make you happy?"
Akira's eyes dazed a bit as he started to think how it could feel actually. |
Looking up at the stars, Josh thought about it a little and hummed under his breath. “Yes, it would be amazing but…I’d much prefer being here right now.” Josh smiled to himself, focusing back on Akira when he said that, he just seemed so….entranced.
“I think it would be. Although then you’d have to leave everything on earth…there’s never a reward without a little risk.” Josh answered softly. “But I do think it would be beautiful up close, and yes, it would make me happy.” |
"Everything.. So there couldn't be two people going?", he asked and then he realised what he was thinking about few seconds ago.
His cheeks and ears covered with the deep red as he looked at the floor, his hair covering his face. |
Josh shook his head and then smiled. “Well, a few people can go but…I guess it depends on if they’re both capable….” Noticing how Akira looked down, and Josh could see a slight shade of pink under the hair covering his face, he smiled a bit more and softly ran his fingers through Akira’s hair while whispering to him.
“Were you thinking of us going together?” Josh wondered, wondering if that’s the intent of his question. “If so, that’s very sweet of you to think. I’d love to go there with you, it would be beautiful.” Josh said even softer, his voice calm and comforted. “Of course the chances of us going is slim, but just thinking that is very, very sweet of you.” Josh said while kissing the top of his head. |
Akira flinched when Josh touched his hair and then got even more embarrassed at the question. He then glanced up at other male shyly.
"Really? I-isn't it.. w-weird..?", he asked softly, looking back down at the floor. "..thinking that isn't..?" It was the reason his got so flustered at the first place. Sure it was embarrassing.. but he didn't want to seem stupid to master. |
Looking down to meet his eyes with Akira’s, Josh smiled and shook his head softly. “No, it’s not weird at all. It means a lot to me that you’d want us both going together.” Josh said genuinely. Noticing he was doubting himself, he wrapped his arms around Akira’s body, softly pressing his head against his chest, and whispering near his ear.
“No, it’s not strange, or weird. It’s a very nice thought. Don’t doubt yourself Akira.” Josh whispered while kissing Akira’s forehead. |
