Daemon smiled and happily ate his food, finishing rather quickly. He loved Vladimir's cooking. "What are you going to do today, love??"

"I was thinking of letting Nightwing out to roam for awhile." Vladimir replied. "Maybe visit the cemetery."

Daemon perked up. "Can I go? I wanna tell your parents the good news!" he beamed.

Vladimir smiled. "Yes. We can go together." he replied.

Daemon smiled and nodded. "Good. I haven't talked to your parents in a while."

"We've been busy. Between us preparing for the baby and keeping the castle warm." Vladimir replied.

Daemon nodded and smiled at Vladimir. "Very true. I mean, that's been taking up a lot of time.." he shrugged.

Daemon smiled and stood up from his seat and washed his dishes before setting them to dry. He looked at Vladimir and smiled. He sauntered over to him and sat himself in the man's lap.

Vladimir used a napkin to clean his lips once he was done and set it down, then looked over as Daemon was walking over and he smiled as Daemon sat in his lap. He wrapped his arms around the younger male and kissed his cheek.

Vladimir kissed back gently and smiled as he gently moved some of Daemon's hair out of his face. "That's right...we haven't really spent...quality time together, have we? We've been so exhausted from chopping wood and collecting food for the winter." he purred before he leaned in and kissed the side of Daemon's neck.
