Hearing the colours Akira nodded his head. Yes. He would like it to be green and blue. It was a sign of change. The blue from oryginal butterfly that sat on his nose and made him laugh the first time for years and the green, that Josh loved so much. That would be just perfect.
|
Smiling once more, Kimberly nodded her head and got to work, sketching it out first into a rough copy, just to be safe. After five minutes, she had an outline only, turning the paper and showing Akira. "Is this okay? I'll add the details, I just wanted to make sure this is what you're envisioning"
Josh looked at the drawing, smiling a little as he glanced at Akira again. It was nice..to know that he'd be getting a new one, overtop of the one on his neck. Looking at the numbers along Akira's neck, Josh ran his fingers over it, glad to know they'd be hidden on his beautiful skin. (The sketch is something like this, but instead of a rose it would be a partially closed lotus flower http://th00.deviantart.net/fs70/PRE/...rt-d385pey.jpg ) |
Taking the sketch into his head Akira looked at it and then tilted his head. He really liked it but he thought that something else would be even more.. right. 'And what if it would be a.. daisy?' Asking that he showed the one that was standing on the windowsill. There would be even more meaning into it as it was the first thing in his life that was his. Asking that he squeezed Josh's hand really hard. It was clear that this question wasn't so easy at it seems.
|
Looking at the flower nearby as well, Kimberly nodded her head, a smile still on her face. "You like daisies? I think that's way more symbolic, to use something you like. I wouldn't mind at all. Let me do a good copy and I'll show. First, I need to take a look at your tattoo you want to cover, so I can make sure the darker colours will hide it." Kimberly said to him, not touching him until he said she could.
Josh felt Akira squeeze his hand, rubbing his thumb against his boyfriends knuckles and looking at him. It was really special to see that Akira was actually voicing his own opinion, and it seemed to be difficult for him but...Josh had a sense of pride inside itself for the man. |
Gulping hard he nodded and rised his hair, showing the numbers. It was clear they were tattooed in a really painful, old fashioned way. When showing that Akira squeezed Josh's had really painfully hard. It was clear he was really stressed showing to another human, other than his master.
|
Josh barely even reacted when Akira held his hand tightly, it kind of hurt but..he wanted to be there for him every step of the way. Wrapping an arm around Akira's body, Josh watched at Kimberly did, almost making sure she didn't do anything wrong.
"I'm just putting the paper up against it....so I have an outline where it is, okay?" She asked while carefully putting the paper up against his neck, using her pencil to roughly draw a circle around it and adding a few of the areas of the lines. When she took the paper away, she frowned and looked at Akira. "This looks painful...your skin is rather scarred from it, so I'll make sure to be careful around that area." Kimberly assured him while beginning to draw out the good copy now. "You okay?" Josh whispered near Akira's ear, kissing his neck along his tattoo, wanting him to relax a little. |
Akira was really stressed but when Josh kissed him he smiled a bit. It felt good.. also he looked at the sketch with the butterfly sitting on a daisy.. and he really liked it. Nodding his head to what Kimbery said he was quite glad with receiving the tattoo like that. White, blue and green seemed like a great colours for it. 'Thank you', he wrote while looking at the woman and then looking at his master. 'Should I lay down?'
|
Kimberly nodded her head when Akira said thank you, and then asked about laying down. "Yes, if it makes you comfortable laying down might be better." She said while focusing back on the drawing, and then setting up the tattoo machine.
Josh eyed the needles, his own nerves getting a little bit higher while eyeing them. Once he looked at Akira, and saw that trace of a smile, he felt a little bit better. "How long will this take, do you think?" He asked Kimberly. Without taking her eyes off of the machine, the tattoo artist smiled and glanced at her watch. "Hopefully less than three hours. It depends...I hope it won't be too much trouble. But we'll take breaks in between I promise." She said, trying to be reassuring. |
Three hours? He first wanted to say he would like to sit.. but three ours would be better laying down. Also he didn't want too much breaks. 'If it's okay.. I would like as less breaks as it it possible.' Laying down he knew he wanted it to be finished as soon as it could. When he was already on his stomach he hid his face into the sheets. He was quite stressed but.. he wanted it. That tattoo meant really much for him.
|
"Okay...we'll take breaks every hour just for a drink, if you need one before then, please don't hesitate to let us know. If you feel light headed, make sure Josh knows okay?" Kimberly explained, not wanting Akira to pass out while she was tattooing him, it could be dangerous and since it's on his neck, it was a possibility.
Josh nodded, understanding what she said while he sat beside Akira, still grasping his hand and softly moving his hair for him to show the tattoo. "You'll get this tattoo covered soon Akira..." Josh whispered, glancing at the colours Kimberly chose and seeing her put her gloves on, readying it and testing out the pedal of the machine before looking at Josh and nodding. "I'm ready." She stated. With a nod of his head, Josh looked at Akira and asked him. "Are you ready Akira?" He asked, just making sure before anything started. |
