Nodding his head Akira took two plates that were left and went to the table. He set one before master and then one for himself. Sitting down he waved to Harumi, realising he didn't say 'hi' to her. He looked on all the faces around him and smiled a bit. It was nice to eat like that, with people he knew. It made him feel that strange warmth inside him.
|
Harumi waved back at Akira, smiling at him and then speaking with the others happily, especially to her 'boyfriend' who she couldn't help but to grin whenever he came close. Josh looked at the plates, sliding it closer to himself and smirking at Akira while taking a little drink of his water.
"It looks delicious...you feeling okay now? I saw you a moment ago..." Josh stopped speaking and just let Akira respond, not wanting to tell him he was worried because that would only make it worse. For now, he kept quiet and allowed the other male to answer on his own time. |
Akira looked at Josh a bit confused? What did he saw exactly? Probably him speaking? 'I'm sorry for speaking, Master.. I'll be sure to not to do that anymore..' Rubbing his neck a bit he took few gulps of the water that was standing next to his plate.
|
Josh looked surprised by what Akira said, shaking his head instantly and frowning. "No I...I didn't mean that. You looked upset that's all, I was curious if you were okay..." Josh hated when Akira felt the need to apologize, and seeing him write it out so formally didn't help much either. But it wasn't his fault...he should have worded it better, so Josh wasn't upset with Akira whatsoever.
|
Ah. That.. Looking at the food on his plate, still untouched, he frowned a bit. 'Well.. I forgot the last part of recipe.. and got a bit.. upset...' Akira blushed a bit, knowing all too well that the way he acted was way too much for the ealier situation. Though he actually thought of his memory as good.. and it weighed on his mind that he forgot something. Thinking that he frowned even more as he remembered that he didn't water the daisy. Pulling out his cell he put there a reminder to not forget it later. That actually was understandable since he got quite scared with his cough and the blood so it didn't faze him actually.
|
Looking down at his own untouched food, Josh went back to paying attention to Akira, noticing that he was doing something on his phone and that itself made Josh smile a little. "Don't be upset sweety, really it's fine...it's nice to see you using that by the way." He muttered, finally taking a little bit of the food on his fork and tasting it.
Closing his eyes, Josh sighed and smiled a little while shaking his head. "Amazing." he whispered, incapable of understanding just how Akira's mind worked. It was unbelievable to know he made the majority of this meal just by watching Sangre cook it once. It was astounding, and made Josh feel lucky to have such a smart boyfriend. |
Akira smiled a bit and put his phone into his pocket only to look at master and blush, hearing his compliment and seeing that smile on his face. Looking down on his food he decided to start to eat himself. It would get cold of he would take too long. With first bite he sighed. It was good.. though it still was such a pity that he forgot the last part of recipe. If not for Sangre coming in the right moment... Not looking up he just continued to eat, deep in his own thoughts.
|
Noticing Akira had that 'look' on his face, Josh simply ate as well, listening to the others speaking although he himself stayed quiet. He didn't need to hear the others voices, or to have Akira say something in order to be happy. Josh simply liked to be in his presence, and if that seemed strange or odd to others, then he'd have to live with that.
Josh glanced back after he was almost finished eating when he heard his name, cocking an eyebrow and listening as Sangre turned to look at him. "You're going for a week right? We wanted to do something for you while you were gone." The chef chuckled. "Maybe throw a party for you, celebrating that you don't have to end up being with Elizabeth." Sangre said while glancing at Harumi, holding her hand under the table as he mentioned the woman's name. "There's no reason for that..." Josh muttered while turning back and sighing, really not liking parties, especially from what happened to Akira at the last one. |
Akira's attention was back to the real world when he heard master speaking. He didn't have a faintest idea what it was about so he looked confused on all the people at the table. His green eyes then focused on Josh, seeing something was on his mind. He would like to ask if he was fine but he wasn't looking at him.
"Master? Are you alright?", he whispered, feeling in his throat a tickling. |
Josh looked from his plate up to Akira, pursing his lip and focusing on the table momentarily, deep in thought before speaking. "It's just...it's all real now..." Josh rubbed his forehead, losing his appetite from his stomach beginning to hurt a little. "I don't want to leave." He whispered, his voice so low that no one else would have the ability to hear.
Taking a deep breath, Josh looked back at Akira and put his hand out to take a hold of it. "And I don't want any parties when I'm gone." He said like paternally. |
