It is always good to have two or more villians, cause you know of the cycle of villians. Once defeated a villian either dies or converts and goes with the good guys. And yes, let's plan and such now. For I do need a little insight into your characters.

I'm in as a Bounty Hunter :) Is it set in modern times or in the past? And what kind of abilites are you talking about? Like magical ones or normal ones?

Have you seen or read One Piece? It is set in that time, but it is better to think of a mix of modern day and the past. Ships are the primary source for travel. However there seems to be electricity and such. Well there are devil fruit powers which are basically magic powers. However those who consume them can no longer swim and such.

No I haven't :/ Will it be a big problem if I don't know the anime or Manga?

It is a crime! lolz, joking. It's really nice, I only watched some of the movies, but they were nice, funny, and always had happy endings, and the dirtbags always paid! yesss! it's about a kid who eats a devil fruit and becomes a rubber man, and he wants to find the grestest treasure called one piece, and he makes friends on the way, and they fight all sorts of scum some of which have other abilities, like turning to smoke, or sand, or whatever.

I just took the main idea of Luxord from KH cause he is one of my favourite characters.

Alignment: Bounty Hunter/Assasin… will do any job as long as there is a reward and will work for the Navy or for Pirates
Weapon: A deck of cards
Abilities/Devil Fruit: Cole is able to control playing cards and is able to enlarge them or make them shrink. He can make them travel at tremendous speeds, causing their sharp edges ot be very dangerous. He also discovered he was a lot more luckier.
Devil Fruit Flaw: Without cards, he is useless and the cards are made of paper so use your imagination ;)

Short History: Cole woke up on a beach after an unknown event. He didn’t know where he was or what he was doing. For years, he was unaware of his new ability and did many different jobs, desperately trying to earn money for food and clothes. He was homeless and moved from town to town when work became less frequently. While playing a game of cards to try and earn some money, he unlocked his gift and since then, his life changed. Word of his very strange ability spread but it intrigued people and soon it wasn’t a matter of finding work, it was a matter of choosing what would pay the most.

Equipment Info: Cole carries two decks of cards and one single card in his shoe, just in case.
