"Nope. Outdoors. It would be really nice to sit in your garden, talking and all.. Hope I'm not alone in thinking this?", he asked, scratching his neck.

"Of course not," said Gary with a hilarious flair. "Who can resist the outdoors and who can resist me?" He started laughing and picked up their glasses. "Let's head out."

John couldn't help but laugh at what Gary said.
"Sure.. Who could resist you", he said with a smirk, following his host. "Beware - I'm falling in love with your garden."

"Who knows, maybe this garden is a nefarious scheme to attract pretty girls," Gary laughed as he led the way. He pulled out the neat garden chairs and sat down.

"Pfff.. Much better I would like it to attract handsome men", he chuckled, sitting on one of the garden chairs. "Though.. it could be the both. Half for me and half for you."

Gary chuckled and clinked his glass with John. "To this friendship."

"Yes. For this friendship", said John, quite taken with the way Gary put it. "It seems with you I can return to the way I was..."
John didn't think what he was saying.. he just wanted to say it and so he did.

Gary took a generous drink from his glass and smiled at John, his cheeks faintly red from the drink.

"God, I love rum."

"Sure. I like more other drinks but rum is good too. Mhm.. Tell me something about youself", he said with a smile.

"Hmmmmm...." Gary thought for a while, swirling his drink. "Let's see....I'll tell you 3 things about me...I gave my virginity to my high school sweetheart....I had a bartender friend who taught to me mix all the coolest drinks....And I love the colour green. Your turn. 3 things."
