Akira flinched when the phone rung though he hesitated before answering. His obedience won at last and he picked it up, not saying anything since he couldn't if he didn't want his vocal cords getting even worse.

Once Josh heard the sound of the phone picking up, he sighed and began to speak, trying not to be too worried although still holding that tone of his. "Akira. Listen to me. Get onto the computer, turn on Skype just like we did yesterday, and go on camera. We have to talk." He said, sternly yet holding a tender side as well.
No matter his emotions, Josh was incapable of being upset, or mad at Akira, especially after he had first met him, how he treated him the first few days he had arrived. He didn't want to repeat the process. "Please. Go on, now." Josh hesitantly hung up and looked at the screen, appearing online and trying his best to take the stress off of his face, although clearly he couldn't really do much about it, he was too concerned. |
He wasn't really able to respond to that. And the way Josh's voice sounded it didn't give in any choice. Trying to get hold of himself he switched on the computer as well Skype. Being really tensed up he waited for the call and then pushed the green receiver.

Josh looked at the light of Akira's screen-name turn green, calling and then waiting for it to pick up. The moment it did, it felt like Josh had stepped into another world, whatever he was doing outside of this place didn't matter. All of his attention was on Akira now.
Seeing that Akira had been crying, Josh was shocked, but then began to speak, keeping his voice low although clearly he was showing a few signs of concern. "What…did something happen?" He asked, thinking it was when they went out, not seeing the photos or texts yet since he called straight away, too fixated on what might have happened. "Tell me Akira." Josh whispered. |
Akira looked at Josh like a puppy would and the shook his head. 'It's nothing. I'm being stupid. I'm sorry to disturb you.. I.. I should be smarter.. and.. I'm..' Though before he finished writing in the air he sobbed. Trying to stop himself he his face behind his hands.

Whatever it was that was bothering Akira, it was definitely not nothing at all. Josh could tell even before he started to sob, although the added tears only made the concern within Josh grow for his boyfriend.
"Baby, tell me." Josh said, his voice still slightly stern but he didn't get upset, showing no signs of anger whatsoever. "Shh, calm down Akira." Josh muttered, feeling his heart ache. It was difficult to see someone he cared so much for feeling that way, and he couldn't do anything about it. If he was there, he'd wrap his arms around Akira as tight as he could, allow him to cry into his chest but…he couldn't, and that frustrated him to no end. |
Hearing Master's voice he decided to tell what was wrong and not to put any more stress on him. After all it was something he tried to avoid in the first place. 'It's just the flower.. Lady destroyed it.. It's stupid.. let's..' He stopped to wipe another tear from his cheek. '..just end this conversation. I'm being stupid.. and it's stupid to bother Master with something like that..' Also he wrote that it was clear it was reallz bothering Akira.

Josh looked surprised when he heard about the flower, and a part of him was rather sad about it as well. He had it since they had met rather early on, and he knew Akira cared for it a lot, especially when he accidentally forgot to water it, but knowing it was completely ruined now…it was saddening.
"It's not stupid." Josh whispered softly a few moments later, looking at Akira and frowning. "It meant a lot to you. You don't have to feel like that. It had sentimental value. But the reason why you're upset because it was something we had done together. But even if it is ruined, we're still together. We can grow a new one together, start it as a seed, maybe put it in your room, so Lady can't touch it." Josh tried to explain. Despite it simply being a flower, it meant something to Akira, but mostly because it was something Harumi and Josh provided him with, something he had received a while ago. It had no real value, other than a memory of what it had held, and Josh knew it must have been hard to see something he cared about become destroyed. |
The reason was more that the flower was first thing that belonged to Akira. It was also something that the first human being, that cared enough to rescue him, gave it to him. Also someone as important as Josh. Though when he heard about growing new one together it sounded really good. Yet.. he still felt like crying after the plant he lost. Wiping another tears off his face he was sitting there, trying to calm down.

Josh took a moment to let Akira think, his eyes resting on his boyfriend and trying his best to read his expression. After a few moments, Josh leaned in his seat, but didn't falter his gaze off of Akira, even for a second.
"No matter what happens, I'll still be in your life." Josh said, and knew that if this topic kept on going, it would only dampen the atmosphere more. He couldn't do anything to get the flower back, and it was something special to Akira, to the both of them, so he had to change topics to try his best to get the mood a little less solemn. "Hey…I heard you went out today. How was it?" Josh asked, glancing at his cell and deciding to open it up and check the texts. Once he did, he widened his eyes, seeing the photos Sangre sent and smiling despite the situation. "Wow Akira." Josh whispered, knowing the other male probably had no idea about this, but seeing Akira out of the mansion, and at a store, trying on clothes, to him it felt like a huge achievement. |
