Seeing that that was the first thing that was questioned Yukio could tell that he has been worrying his brother but at the same time it was nice seeing that the other worried since that showed concern.

"I'm on a mission...I couldn't call sooner or inform you in any other way..." the younger male instantly replied then stayed quiet before finally telling Rin the important detail. "Also...I will be gone for a few days,I don't know if I'll be back tomorrow evening or even the day afterwords,it depends on how everything goes..."

Even when Yukio was focusing on what had to be done,somehow he couldn't help but to feel troubled but all he could do was very little so he continued speaking. "If you'll feel unwell you know where I left the medicine...."Fallowed by a second pause Yukio finally said. "Well..I have to go,Nii-san.." he said quietly.

Rin frowned softly as he listened to his brother's answer. He wondered why he couldn't tell him earlier but he had to just go along with it. No way he could change it anyways.

Sighing softly he just grunted most of the times as a reply. The older male just was really worried as Yukio didn't came home today and he still couldn't worry about the other one because those missions always could end badly. He shook his head softly.

"Yeah I know all that so don't worry and concentrate on your mission." Rin replied with a soft chuckle that was pretty much forced but it lightened up his tone. "Alright see you then and don't mess up!" He added with a more seriousness in his voice though he was teasing. After that he hung up and looked around their room.

All of a sudden it seemed so big and empty though not much changed. Did he really miss his brother that much already. Sighing he looked at his brother's side of the room noticing the long black coat of Yukio. So the mission really came surprising. He got up and looked at it more closely. The blue haired male always wanted one of his own. He might could wear it....Blushing as he thought that he tore his eyes away and got some medicine instead then laid back down but in his brother's bed.

Yukio was surprised at how quickly the other's mood seemed to change.He no longer sounded concerned,almost like he was glad that he was glad,which was probably because of Rin's first comment. So after his brother hung up he decided that he'll make sure everything goes right and that there won't be any rush to return.

After the phone call the younger Okumura returned to a few of his team mates and before doing some work retired for the night. Sadly,the next day he was too busy to even call Rin and did not return home that evening.

Though as much as Yukio tried to focus on the mission,he kept thinking about his twin time from time. Was everything okay back at home? Did he need to worry? Was Rin that glad that he was gone? Somehow,those thoughts did not go away.

Could it possibly be that Yukio felt different without the other around for so long.Could he admit that he was missing him?But what hurt was thinking that Rin was not bothered by him being away. "Nii-san..." he silently mumbled to himself.

Rin without really noticing it fell asleep in Yukio's bed. It smelled so much like his brother and that was comforting him. He slept really good even though he still missed his twin. They were away from each other a few times but it never felt so badly before.

Groaning the demon boy got up the next morning. "Hm Y-yukio?" He mumbled as he looked around the room. The older boy felt already better than before but the loneliness was getting to him. Again he looked at the coat. It just looked really appealing.

Blushing once more he just grabbed it and pulled it on. "It smells just like you." He said smiling softly as some tears started to form in his eyes. "Comes back home quickly." Rin added as he cried for real now while clutching to the coat.

Two days had already passed,more than enough and Yukio was finally on his way home.It was about midday and the younger male was glad thinking that he will be able to enjoy the rest of the way resting after the mission without having to go do anything in the academy.

Finally,he found himself in front of his dorm's door and slowly opened it,stepping in. After a few silent moments after coming in he announced in a calm tone. "I'm back..." but his voice quieted down,since he didn't even feel welcome.But it was no time to be childish about it.
He took off his shoes and went to the bedroom.

Rin had started to cry so badly as he sat back on his brother bed. He wanted to be close to his brother and at the moment this was the only way to do this. He was thinking and crying so much that he didn't even hear his brother coming back.

"Damn it. Yukio you're not supposed to just leave me." He screamed at the pillow before throwing at the door. Rin really behaved like a little kid right now but he missed his brother so bad that he couldn't stop from feeling all kinds of emotions at the same time.

Yukio's eyed widened as he almost got hit by the pillow that was thrown at the door. "Nii-san..." he spoke out softly but loudly enough,he only stared at his twin,hardly believing what he was seeing and hearing.Was Rin honestly that upset over him not being home?

He walked to the other,also noticing that the demon boy was on his bed instead of his own.He knelt in front of the other and reached out. "Nii-san...what is it?" he asked softly.

Rin blinked the tears away as he heard his brother's voice. At first he thought that he just imagined it but as he looked around he saw Yukio right in front of him. Quickly he whipped the last tears away and looked at the other with slight anger.

"I-I was worried you idiot." The blue haired boy said as he drummed his fists against his brother's chest softly. He didn't mean to hurt him he was just making his point clear. Though as he stopped he started to realize the current situation.

Rin blushed a really dark as he noticed that he still wore Yukio's coat and he was on his brother's bed. He shouldn't have done that in the first place but now that he was caught there was no way to deny it really. So without helping it he pretty much fell into his brother's arms to hug him as some more tears rolled down his cheek.

Yukio didn't mind his brother's action,he wasn't hurt nor angry and he just stayed silent until Rin fell into his arms. Yukio let out a aoft gasp before slowly wrapping his arms around the other.
He just couldn't understand this,earlier it seemed almost glad that he was gone and now he was crying and saying he was worried.But one way or the other,this really softened him.

"Nii-san...what happened?" he asked softly. "Were you not enjoying your time alone?" he managed to ask that,even if in a silent tone.

Rin blushed some more as he felt Yukio hug him back. Even though it wasn't that long that they were together it felt like an eternity. It was so nice to be in the other's arms that Rin just hugged him tighter.

"W-what? No! Why would you think that? I never enjoyed any second of being away from you." He replied sniffling softly as he tired to stop his tears. He didn't want to look pathetic in front of his brother any more.
