Not understanding why the other male chuckled he thought that maybe it was from being happy. Not asking about it he then followed Josh, quite hungry already. He wasn't sure how much time passed from his last meal and Sangre probably wouldn't be happy with him forgetting about eating. Then he thought about his boyfriend's uniform. It looked good on him. Since there was many reach people here, Harumi told him that, so the unifrom was consisting from really elegant clothes as well. Although Josh always wore himself in elegant fashion it was different. Especially since Akira knew from where it was. He wondered not once not twice how Josh looked looked while working.

While heading towards the kitchen, Josh glanced at Akira, smiling lightly as he held onto his boyfriend's hand, unknowing just how hungry he was. After work Sangre always timed dinner perfectly, so it should already be set up, waiting for them to eat.
Without being disappointed, Josh walked into the kitchen, the aroma of food washing over him. Sighing from the scent, the older male then waved at Sangre and headed over to the table, seeing the different plates of sushi, and small cakes and deserts, surprising Josh greatly. "Rather elaborate." He said aloud. Sangre smiled, wiping his hands off after washing them and nodding his head. "Decided since Akira can speak, it's a big day. I made some Japanese deserts and sushi." He explained, hoping that both would like it. |
Akira looked at the food and his eyes got wider. Seeing so much being done because of him made him blush and smile timidly. So that was why he didn't need to help in kitchen today.
"Thank you, Sangre. It looks all so pretty", said the young male while looking at the cook. Then he saw the drawing from yesterday hanging at the wall. In frame and all. He blinked and then stared at it. |
Sangre waved his hand, as though it was no big deal despite spending hours on everything collectively. "It was my pleasure, pretty fun actually."
The cook's eyes then averted to the drawing Akira had made, smiling in response and nodding his head as he got himself something to drink. "I really love your work Akira, and I felt it would be perfect to frame up inside of the kitchen." Sangre said out loud as Josh pulled out Akira's seat, sitting down and looking at the framed drawing, knowing instantly it probably meant a lot to Akira to have Sangre put it up like that. "I hope you don't mind." The chef then said aloud, unsure if Akira would like to have his artwork up on display for others to see. |
While Josh sat down he stayed still just where he was. Then what Sangre said made him react at last.
"Is it really good enough.. t-to be there?", he asked softly, looking at the floor, quite flustered. "I.. I m-mean.. I never.." He fell silent too embarrassed to say anything more. His heart was pounding as he started to think about every person that would look at it. Was it really good enough? He was only about to start art lessons.. so was it ok to put his work there? |
Sangre drank his water and headed back over towards Akira and Josh, smiling softly at the sight of the young man seeming rather flustered over the drawing he had done. "I'm positively sure. It's an amazing drawing Akira, it'll be on that wall for as long as this castle stays standing."
Josh drank, but hadn't started to eat, not until Akira joined him. Instead he looked at the framed artwork, thinking it looked really good, and Sangre was right. Something that Akira had drawn will never be taken down, and he was hopeful that the next generation that lived here would keep it up, as well as the others onward. |
Not sure how to react to what was said he just simply sat down. He was almost sure that the both males exaggerated. For sure the teacher would agree with him on that. As he sat down his eyes went to all of those sushi things put on the plates. Tilting his head he then looked at both males.
"How to eat it?", asked Akira, not sure what was a dark sauce thing.. and there was something green too.. put in small balls. |
Josh watched as Akira sat down, waiting for him to join at his side before grabbing his chopsticks and grasping either side of the sushi with it. "Take those chopsticks beside your plate, and hold them like this." Josh instructed, trying his best to give Akira a good visual before he continued. "Then, try and see if you can grasp the sushi with it.." Josh yet again showed an example as he picked it up, making it look a little easier than it actually was.

Akira observed closely the way Josh was holding his chopsticks and then, very slowly he done the same. Although before trying to eat he analyzed the way it worked and tried to move them. Seeing he was lacking he repositioned his fingers and tried again. After he was sure he wouldn't drop something that Sangre prepared he then took one of the rolls.
"And what to do with that sauce and those green balls on the edge of every plate?", he asked and then he looked at Sangre. "And.. aren't you hungry?" |
Josh watched what Akira was doing, seeing how hard he was trying to work on it, although once he got it, he smiled happily and dipped the side of his sushi in his soy sauce. "Just dip it in, and this green stuff is called wasabi, it's a little hot, so be careful. You can add a little bit if you'd like, try it out." Josh explained before glancing over at Sangre.
The chef smirked softly. "You wouldn't mind if I ate with you two?" he wondered, not wanting to intrude although at the same time he was rather hungry. |
