John sighed, shaking his head.
Are you always so lazy? And how can you lay there? It's dirty...
But he just said:
"No, thank you. I didn't leave enough food in my cats bowls. Must feed them soon or they will ruin my flat.."
That was perfect excuse and true story at the same time.

Gary got to his feet, dusting himself off.

"Cats! So cute. How many have you got?"

John couldn't help but smile a little.
"Yes. They are cute. I have three cats. Two females and one male. Sushi, Taco and Borys. I got them from my cousin. They..", he paused and then blushed strongly. "I must go. Goodbye."
And with that he turned around and run through the corridor to the entrance. He was so embarassed that he would gladly curl up and die somewhere.

gary was listening to him talk about his cats with a smile on his face, and was confused by the abrupt change in his behaviour. "Uhhhh...." He walked after him. "Hey, can I drop you home, or something? It'll give me an excuse to meet one of them!"

He blushed even more. As he wasn't the person to let his feelings out like that his burst was the big deal for him and yet the source of his embarassement followed him. Still walking fast, he was too ashamed to say anything back. If Gary wouldn't stop him somehow he can soon catch the taxi and went home.

Gary slowed down a little, as he watched the blushing young man purse his lips and hurry away. Well, looks like he really didn't want to introduce Gary to his cats after all.

"Maybe...next time...if you're really tired tonight..." he called out.

That stopped John. He felt really guilty right now and it was impossible for him to run after what Gary said.
"Well.. Ok... But don't take it the wrong way.."
Well he saw him with a man and he could get some.. strage ideas. John felt stressed right now but.. still was somehow happy to take the other man to his home.
What the...? Why am I acting so strange?
It was quite scary as he wasn't sure how would he react in another second.

Gary chuckled as he caught up with him "Don't worry, I'll pop and say hi to the bunch of them and then be on my way, John."

John just sighed and nodded.
"You got a car? If so just follow me or something..."

In about twenty minutes they were on the place and John waited for Gary on the parking. He was stressed with the thought of letting in his house, in his shelter someone that he barely knew.

Gary parked his car along the sidewalk and hopped out, jingling his car keys. "May I come in and see them then?"
