When he was pulled out he felt quite scared. Then he decided to follow the man. He knew already it would not be easy to life with him. And that something bad was waiting for him already.

Pan marched him into what would be the basement and over to a modified saw horse with padding and straps "Lay across it the long ways so your pelvis is across this raised bit" he said

Marukai shuddered when he saw the modified saw horse. Knowing there was no escape for him with the shock collar on his neck he didn't try to escape.. but took few steps back, his face getting pale.

Pan grabbed his arm and jerked him forward,swatting his exposed backside hard several times "Do as I say boy or it will just be worse"

Marukai whimpered when his red and swollen asscheeks were hit again. At last listening to the other male he got on the wooden construction.

Pan bound his feet first before untying his hands,only to retie them to the straps on the side of the horse "Now we can deal with your attempted escape" he said grabbing a strap off the wall,taking his aim before bringing it down across the elevated backside with a loud crack

Marukai closed his eyes when he was being tied down to the strange thing. At the first hit he flinched and hissed from the pain. Biting his lower lip he shuddered.

Pan smirked "Now lets see if we can't put you in your place Marukai" he said before striking the the strap across his backside again,pacing his strokes to be sure each sunk in before he brought it down again

"Sh-shut up! What do you know? Your nation just does what it wants. Taking people from their homes and making them into slaves", he gasped out, flinching at every hit he received.
It soon made him tremble, the pain from punishment.

"How are we any different then anyone else,you really think nations are built solely on equality?" Pan said simply "Just because you recieve a paycheck,doesnt mean you aren't a slave" he said as he kept up his methodical strikes
