"But you won't die, right. And Itzel with you...? I don't want to loose you..", muttered Naoki, being entirely serious as he looked at both males.

Itzel kissed Naoki's cheek. "Naoki...we promise you...we won't let ourselves even get close to death. We would both will not be able to bear the thought of you being left alone." he said softly.

"He's right...and I promise that I always have a back up plan in case anything happens to me or Itzel." Simon said as he ran his fingers through Naoki's hair.

"Okay... If there would be anything I could help.. remember to tell me, ok?", asked Naoki, smiling softly and calming down a bit.

"There might be. I'll let you know. Right now, we just need to figure out a game plan before winter hits." Simon replied as he nuzzled his nose against Naoki's.

"Mhm... Okay then..", he said softly and smiled, poking Simon's nose with his finger. "Are we going to sleep some?"

"Mm. I don't think it would be fair for me to pounce bird-brain while you sleep~." Simon said playfully with a chuckle, earning himself a blush from the shifter as Itzel wrapped an arm around Naoki from behind.

Naoki looked surprised at Simon and then chuckled softly.
"We can sleep.. and then pounce him together", said the neko playfully, his maroon eyes sparkling.

Simon chuckled softly hearing that and closed his eyes after giving Naoki a final kiss to the forehead to go to sleep, not knowing that Itzel had blushed harder after hearing the neko's suggestion before closing his own eyes to go to sleep as well.

Naoki was soon deeply asleep.
