I pout at softly slap Darren's hand "no touchie! I don't like gel" I look at Darren and gaze into his beautiful eyes. Why was he staring? He shook his head and snapped back to reality just as the bell rang

I smirked a little when my hand was slapped. He was fun to mess with, and I liked it when he made that face. I just took out his science book I still had and continued reading from where I left off, making notes in my notebook as the class went on.

I watched Darren as he studied out of my book. He had a peaceful face right now, not smirking everytime he messed with me. I frowned, he messed with me. I sigh and look out the window. I'm glad I'm sitting next to him though.

I glanced at the window to see Selene's reflection and I just stared. He looked best when lost in thought. I started thinking of other situations that he would look nice in. I tried imagining his jealous face, or his angry face. Then I tried imagining what type of face he would have if he became intimate with someone, and it made me shiver with delight. I caught myself thinking of these things again, though, and immediately put a stop to them. Damn, he was making me think weird things! As long as I keep a certain distance with him, or freak him out enough, nothing will ever happen between us. That's what I hope will work, at least. I continued to study, since that's usually how I would keep myself from thinking N.S.F.W. topics. I had already finished photosynthesis when the teacher called on me. "Are you more interested in that book than you are listening to the teacher?" He asked, once again proving that all teachers have a certain superiority complex, "I am telling you something very important for you to pass." I stared at him for a minute, then looked back at the book, "I'll hear it from someone else. A faster, and just as useful version, if not more useful than the nonsense you're spewing." I state numbly, reading about cells now.

I thought about many things for a while. How my High school life was turning for the better good, how meeting Darren might have been fate... And.. Is it really that I liked Darren? I sighed and snapped into reality when I heard the teacher talking to Darren. I gasped at Darren's response and quickly came up with a new subject to stop the teacher from sending Darren out "mister teacher? How is it that animals can be duplicated and how is it that you can make hybrids ou of DNA's of different animals? Do you just mix it up?" he hoped this distracted the teacher

The teacher was about to come back at me with an ugly remark, but when Selene distracted him, the teacher fell silent, then looked at the class list, flipping through until he found a paper. He looked back at the boy. "Well, Selene, we will be getting to that subject around the middle of the year, after winter break before spring break. When we get to that topic, though, I expect you to be paying close attention since you seem so eager about it." He says, then looks at Darren and sighs, "Anyways, as I was saying before, if you don't turn in even one assignment, I will fail you." He continues, stalking around the classroom, glaring at me every once-in-a-while. I was smirking more, and I looked at Selene through the reflection in the window, and thought to myself, 'I think I like him.... a lot, too. Screw women, he's feminine enough. As long as I don't tell anyone, I'm still straight, right?'

I frown slightly as I watch the teacher slowly walk back after threatening Darren. I stood up for him... I never did that.. Ever! Did I really have feeling for Darren? I looked at him and we made eye contact. I got startled and looked down with a blush and started playing with my fingers. I feel like my heart is about to explode... Why is that? I sigh nervously and look back out the window. What did Darren think of me? Did he think I was annoying and creepy...? If he did..... Yeah he probably does. Me falling too much, pouting too much, clumsy.... Sigh* I'm so stupid

I smirk as Selene fumbled over his thoughts. He was so clumsy it made him adorable. Usually people like him pissed me off. He has a pretty face though, so I guess that's what makes it okay.
I look back to the book and start studying big time, thinking that I might as well finish the book and have all the notes down before we even start anything. When the class was finally over, I checked my schedule to see that we had advisory, which was the equivalent of having a free class to do nothing. I smiled a little, happily awaiting the ability to eat the fruit bar in my bag. I loved the strawberry ones the most, they tasted the best. I continued thinking about the wonderful taste of strawberries until I remembered that I didn't know the way. I sneaked behind Selene and snatched his schedule again, looking over it. Then, deciding that I'll probably forget by next period, I took out my phone and snapped a picture. When satisfied, I gave it back to him, "Lead the way, master, for you shall lead me to my destination." I say, leaning on him by putting my arm on his shoulder and smiling at him.

I jumped as the bell rang and jumped again when Darren took my schedule from my hand. "Darren!" I reached for it back with a pout "you meanie!" I got it back after Darren took a picture. Advisory was next. "alright come on" I blush as Darren puts his arm around me. I start walking toward the class and this time, barely Antibes in here yet. I sit down and pat the seat next to me wanting Darren to sit there "sit here!" i kept patting until I realized I looked like a baby throwing a small tantrum. I blushed and stopped

I followed happily, and when we reached the class, I looked around with interest. It was a better class, probably for seniors. When I realized Selene was beckoning me with his childish way, I smiled. "Don't worry, don't worry, I don't have any other friends to be with." I say, sitting with him and taking out my fruit bar. "Hooray." I say quietly, opening it and taking a wonderful bite. I sigh with delight and I just rest my head against the triangular desk, taking another bite.
