Simon chuckled softly. "Well...there's a lot of ways...mages can give off a scent to either throw off enemies or attract them. Their scent can be passed on to their children. The man I'm looking for is a very skilled Mage."

"Oh? Do normal people feel them as well? Those scents? Or just react to them? Do you have any scent? At that one that you're searching for.. killed people and that's why you search for him?"
He was entirely focused on Simon right now and what he was telling him.

Simon smiled a little with a soft chuckle. "Naoki...you're doing it again." he said softly.

"I'm doing what?", asked Naoki, looking at Simon questioningly.

Simon lightly tapped Naoki on the nose. "Asking so..many...questions." he replied before pulling his finger away. "Though...I will tell you that he was the one who set my mother ablaze."

Naoki blinked and then pouted softly. Though when he heard what kind of man Simon looked for his eyes went wide.
"Oh.. So it's very important to find him for you.."

"It is...he's head of the Mage council, but I haven't been able to find where he's hiding." Simon replied as he leaned back in his chair again.

"So it's probably hard to find him.. Mhm.. Does he have any household?", he asked, remembering about something he overheard about two days ago. "Because.. there was that woman in the bakery.. and they joked about big mage liking.. something.. I don't remember what.. something from the shop."

Simon blinked at him hearing this and paused, then smiled as he leaned in and kissed Naoki's cheek. "Can I ask you to do something for me?"

Naoki blushed at the sudden kiss. Then he looked at Simon questioningly.
"Mhm.. I can't say yes if I don't know what you want.. but I promised to listen to you so.. I guess the answer is 'yes'", he muttered, not really sure.
