Laying in those warm arms was somehow really nice. After some more time Akira stopped trembling and looked at Josh. Servant still looked tired but definitely better than ealier. 'You aren't angry at me anymore, Master?' He still wasn't sure about everything that happened. 'I know I'm clumsy and still quite useless.. but I will try to be better.' Josh could he see he still was a bit confused about everything.

As Josh saw those green eyes looking up at him, he felt his heart nearly quicken. He softly touched Akira’s blond hair, locking his eyes with his own and shaking his head. “No...I’m not angry at you. It wasn’t your intention and I shouldn’t have been so rude to you about it.”
Josh kept moving his hand in his hair, looking slightly upset when Akira said’ that about himself. “You’ve been doing more things than I have almost. Cooking, cleaning, bringing me things when I need it. It’s not true that you’re useless. Especially not anymore.” Josh said with a soft voice. |
Akira sighed softly and closed his eyes only open them once again to look shyly at Josh. 'Your eyes are a bit pink.. did you catch a cold, Master?' He was the last person that should say that for his own eyes were really red from all the crying.

Josh stopped his hand for a second when he heard Akira asking him that. He didn’t want to worry or make Akira feel bad, so he shook his head and smiled very faintly. “I was just really worried about you when you left…” he muttered, slightly straying away from the question. It was so unselfish of Akira to ask that when he himself looked like he had been crying for hours just from how pink his eyes were.
“Don’t be concerned about me, just be glad that you’re here…and that you’re okay.” He whispered as he once again moved his hand. “Are you tired?” Josh then asked, even though it was rather evident in his gaze alone. |
'You were worried, Master?' It was clear Akira was surprised. He nodded when master asked him if he was tired. That he was. Though more mentally than physically. Akira rubbed his eyes. They were quite irritated by now and was stinging a bit.

Nodding his head softly, Josh looked at Akira while whispering. “Of course. I thought you might have left for good, and that thought alone worried the hell out of me.” Josh said with a slightly torn tone of voice. When he noticed him rub his eyes, Josh asked. “I could get you eye drops, to reduce any discomfort. Or you can sleep. I…think you should.” Josh suggested but had no intention of ordering him to do that.

'Thank you for worrying about me, Master..' Then he nodded and closed his eyes. He soon was sleeping soundly, gripping Josh's shirt as if making sure he wouldn't go anywhere while he was sleeping.

“I always do.” Josh muttered lastly before seeing Akira’s eyes close and fall asleep. He himself wasn’t very tired, in fact he wouldn’t mind just laying there, holding onto Akira and allowing him to rest.
Remembering what he had done earlier, Josh sighed and shook his head, knowing Akira and himself hadn’t eaten since breakfast. He’d make sure to get them both something when his servant woke up. For now, Josh just kept his eyes open, glancing at Akira once in a while and making sure he was safe…that he was next to him, holding each other to assure that they weren’t alone. |
After about two hours Akira woke up. Yawning while covering his lips he looked at master. He smiled shyly when their eyes met. 'I'm glad that you are not fed up with me, Master.' His eyes still stung a bit but he was feeling good now. Even more that he now knew he had in his life two people worrying about him - master and Sangre. It was making him feel good inside.

The two hours passed rather quickly, in fact Josh wouldn’t have minded a bit longer. It was nice to see Akira looking so calm while he slept, mostly he just thought, deeply imagining what would have happened if he hadn’t met such a interesting man like Akira.
When those amazing green eyes opened up, Josh looked down at Akira and smiled very slightly. “I don’t think I can ever be fed up with you.” He stated while touching his back and rubbing it up and down. “You must be hungry. I should let Sangre come and bring us food. How’s that sound?” Josh muttered. |
