He tensed up when Lou was looking him seriously in the eyes. When asked if pushing himself was really worth it. He nodded his head. "Yeah." he said. "I want Tim to know that I am really serious of working here. That I am not that clumsy guy from before. I don't want to let him down. I...I don't know what I do if I did. I let so many people down and they tell that I am a shame to them or that I'm a disappointment. I don't want him to think that." he told him. "Now excuse me. There's a few more customer left." he said and walked off. Getting the checks for them and sure enough it was time to close.

Kobi went into the back and clock out. Taking off his apron. Then he made his way to Tim's office. But as he was walking he was feeling a little light headed. So he head against the wall for support. Until he reached the door and lightly knocked on it. Leaning on the door.

Tim called out "come in." In his stern voice. When kobi came in, he saw Lou was sitting in one of the seats facing Tim, and Tim had his business face on. "Just who i was about to call. Sit down, Kobi." He said in a friendly tone, smilin a little and fixing the papers on his desk. "I'm just finishing up some business then we can go, okay?"

He opened the door with a smile on his face. When he saw that Lou was in the office to, he was wondering what was going on. When told to sit down, he knew right away that his lover was in 'business' mode. So he nodded his head and sat down. Feeling the butterflies flying in his stomach again. Looking a little green around the gills. "Um, you said that you were about to call me. Did I do something wrong?" he asked. Sounding a little concern.

Tim gave him a confused look, then frowned, "No, I was just going to have you wait in here for me, instead of wandering around when it's dark out. Are you feeling okay? You look sick..." Lou cleared his throat, "He was working hard today, he wore himself out." Lou said, leaning back in his chair, "Can we hurry with what you were saying to me? I have some errands to do before the store closes." Tim nodded a little, "Yes, of course."

He felt foolish, but blushed a little. Lowering his head. Until Tim said that he looked sick. Making him look back up and was about to speak. When Lou mention that he was worked hard and wore himself out. He lightly chuckled. "I am fine. "please don't worry." he said. Then he remained quiet so the two of them could talk.

"Tim cleared his throat a little and said in his business tone, "This conversation will be tricky, we don't want the wrong idea going out to the other workers." Lou nodded a little, "I get what you're saying." Tim nodded a little and tapped his desk a couple of times and leaned back in his chair, "I noticed you slacking off during the day. I don't even think i've gotten a written report of how training went yesterday." Lou shrugged, "I don't really have to train him. He knows all the basics, so what if he doesn't know some useless techniques?" Tim sighed, "He needs to know these 'useless' techniques for when Ezekiel comes down in two weeks to see how we're doing. If he notices Kobi isn't doing what I was told was needed, we might end up losing him." Lou snorted, "Just cover for him like you always do. You're good at lying, aren't you?" Lou was glaring a little at Tim, but Tim didn't seem to notice, and he was looking at his papers, "That's your opinion Lou. The stores will close in half an hour. You should go."

He didn't speak, but he did listen. So there former boss was going here to check out the place and if he wasn't doing good, he would have to go back. He didn't want that. Was he really that bad? This was worrying him even more. For he could make Tim look like he couldn't handle being manager. Then hearing to lie to him. He didn't want to ever do that again. So once Lou left the office. He stood up, but stumbled a little bit. "I am so sorry that I am not living to your expectations. I will try even harder." he told him. "I make sure that I learn everything before Ezekiel comes." he said. "Is there something like a manual I could read?"

Tim seemed taken aback by this and shook his head, "Ah, no no, it's not that you're not working hard, It's more of Lou's fault really. He isn't teaching you like I had wanted him to. You're doing wonderful, Kobi." He said with a smile, getting up and kissing him, "Come on, let's go home, you look tired." He said, still smiling and holding him.

"Lou is doing his best. Things are just busy. Give him a tiny little break." he said. Smiling when he was kissed by his lover. "But I am alright. I'm not really tired." he told him. "Besides. I was wondering if you are not tired...you want to repeat last night." he said with a playful smile on his face.

He chuckles softly and says "Well, I don't mind going again. I'm more worried about you, you still look a little ill."
