"well I want you to try it out here ok." he said as he took him over to the tree and smiled "Try lifing your hind leg up." he said as he looked at him

In his state of mind Mikoto didn't really realised that they were outside so he tried lifting up his hind leg and then gasped softly when his bladder started to empty itself, just like it would be most natural thing in the world.

"You know now i am gonna have to build you one in the real world. Cause this master is so happy." he said as he looked at him "what do you think. Would you wear it in the real world." he asked him as he smiled

"I don't know", he said truthfully since outside world was for his mind right something abstract. "Why are you happy, Master?"

He smiled and took him into town buying some things every one though he was a familar so they payed no mind to him. Izuka would pet him and smiled. He then took him back to the masters and released him, he put him back in the blue suit he had on and then put a vibrating pill in his ass. "Mikoto bedtime get on your bed please. He said as he looked at him

Mikoto's mind was in a dreamlike state so he didn't pay much attention to his surroundings. He came once or twice and then they were back. He whimpered when he was put back into the blue outfit and was ordered to go back to bed while his ass tightened around the new thing inside it.
"I want to hug and kiss", he said, his green eyes welling up with tears.
Even in this state that part didn't change about him. Mikoto still wanted to get some affection from Izuka.

"Alright you can have a hug and a kiss." he said as he smiled and hug and then a kiss on his lips then his nose. "Can i get a master i love you." he asked him.

Mikoto sighed in satisfaction when he was kissed and then hugged. Nuzzling his face into the other's neck he took in his smell.
"I love you, Master. Can we sleep together?", he asked, his cold nose still touching Izuka's neck.

"Sorry puppy not tonight because you have to sleep in your bed ok, When i take you home you can sleep with me ok." he said as he looked at him he didn't want to do this but he had to the masters rules.

"You can sleep with him on his pet bed. It's big enough for two people and he deserves some reward", said Master since he was observing them both. "Would you reward him though is up to you."
