As he heard the question he wasn't sure what to answer... as well as why master was asking him that. After few moments he decided to answer. 'I am your servant, Master. Being a servant is what I am. Servant only worth is in what he is doing. I enjoy doing things that makes me more useful to you.'

Despite asking the question in the first place, Josh nearly regretted it once it was answered. It was difficult to read what Akira wrote, mostly because Josh didn’t want him to think of himself as just his servant…to him he was a lot more than that.
“I meant how do you feel about having the job? I want to know Akira’s thoughts, not my servants.” Josh whispered, his face showing only vague sadness from the question at hand. |
Akira blinked few times hearing Josh saying that. Did he say something wrong? After few seconds he answered once again. 'I'm happy to have this job, Master. Thanks to it I can be more useful to you as well as see how much I need to learn to be better and worth your care.. as well as Sangre's..' While he was writing it he hoped it wouldn't sadden master this time.

That reply was a lot better, instantly Josh relaxed and it showed evidently that he felt better. “You are extremely useful. In fact I’ve never had a servant quite like you before, the best of the best.” Josh smiled and then looked back at the door. For a moment he just kept his eyes on it before taking a deep breath and sighing.
Sitting up, Josh glanced at Akira while keeping one of his hands on the younger man. “I need to check up with everyone to ensure we’re not low on any stock…food, drinks, books, and to ensure everything is running smoothly. Hydro, electricity, so on.” Josh muttered, clearly not excited but there were a lot worse jobs out there. |
Akira blushed at the compliment. He of course knew master tried to be nice.. but it was good to hear it from him. Now he only needed to make sure he would do everything possible to make those words true. When Josh sat up and said all those things Akira sat up as well. His hair were a bit messy and on his cheek were marks from the pillow. 'Is there something I can do for you, Master.'

Josh’s attention was back on Akira when he sat up, chuckling very lightly at the sight of his messy blond hair and the imprint of the pillow along his cheek. Putting his hand to Akira’s hair, Josh tried his best to flatten it out and fix it before hearing his question.
Knowing he liked to make himself useful, Josh nodded as he got up from the bed and stretched. “Yeah, if you’re comfortable I wouldn’t mind if you brought a slip of paper to Sangre, it shows all of the produce we should have. And if only if you wouldn’t mind, Harumi in the greenery has to make sure she has a list to ensure crops are growing and certain flowers regarding…the wedding.” Josh faltered with those words, his mood nearly turning at just the thought of it alone. |
Akira saw masters face changing.. as well as way he kept his arms at the mention of wedding. That wasn't good.. Master in the bad mood was a bad news for everyone he would meet. Blushing a bit he got on his knees and kissed Josh's lips shyly. Akira hoped it would improve masters mood.. and he felt like kissing those sad, warm lips. After all Sangre said it was okay to kiss if he felt like it.. and last time he did it Josh seemed to really like it..

Despite Josh’s mood, and instantly feeling bothered by his thoughts, they were gone in an instant when he felt Akira’s lips pressed against his own. It would be impossible for him to get used to that sensation, of someone else doing something so personal just to appease him.
The tense muscles in Josh’s body relaxed, he put his hands against Akira’s neck to rub along his skin, kissing him back for a few seconds before parting his lips and just slightly drawing back. His breath could still be felt along Akira’s skin from still staying close to him. Looking into the magnificent green eyes in front of him, Josh smiled finally and took a deep breath out. “I can’t get used to that…your kisses are breathtaking.” He muttered while looking at ease once again. “Thank you Akira.” |
Akira gasped and shivered a bit as master kissed him back while rubbing his neck. It felt really good... and somehow right to kiss others male lips. He blushed when said his kisses were breathtaking and smiled back. It was a shy but happy smile. 'I'm glad to be of any use to you, Master. And..' Akira paused not being sure if it wouldn't be too much to say what he wanted but then remembered master saying it was okay to say things he wanted.. Blushing up to his ears he continued writing. '.. Master looks better when he smiles.'

Josh was glad to see a smile on Akira’s face. The shy gesture suited him so perfectly. Seeing him begin to write, Josh curiously waited for him to finish the sentence, and as he did he chuckled once again lightly and smiled once more.
“You’ll make me blush saying things like that.” Josh said playfully before bringing one of his hands up to brush against Akira’s pink cheeks. “I love to see your smile as well. It’s nice to know that I can make you happy.” Josh said kindly, especially since he knew Akira wasn’t always happy, especially because of his past. Being someone that brought him joy instead of pain was a huge deal to the older man. |
