Team Kakashi and team Kurenai have located sasuke's where abouts and are in heavy pursuit of him. However, an awkward villain makes the scene.
"Whoa! I never imagined bumping into the leaf shinobi out here! and it's 8 against one, how unlucky." "Great! another diversion!" "Get outta of our way!" "hmm?"
"Rasengan!" "Gah! just joking!" *swooooo..* naruto's rasengan slips right through Tobi and hit the ground below. "Looks like we don't have a choice we'll have to fight our way past him." said Kakashi. "It sure looks that way." replied yamato.
Meanwhile at the uchiha's hidden fortress.... "You imagine me dead at your fight huh?" fwoosh "well, let's get to it then!" itachi and sasuke clash weapons then Itachi begins tossing a barrage of kunai's at sasuke and sasuke counters with a barrage of shuriken.

Sasuke just stood there before he fall down when Itachi was dead, he was out of chakra after the fight with Itachi. before itachi die he then said goodbye but a few things more but he was not able to hear it because of the fear.

( i hope this is good, because im not sure if you want to let the akatsuki take him to the hideout like the anime or that you want that kakashi and the others take sasuke back to the village ;) )

Sasuke himself was out of chakra and wounded. sasuke collapsed and lay next to his deceased brother. Meanwhile Team Kakashi and Team kurenai's efforts to pass Tobi have been flanked every time. "Damn it! why won't any of our attacks work! we were dead on!"
"It's just like earlier when i thought i got him with my rasengan! it was like i just passed right through him!" hearing this sakura began to think intensively "So what you mean, is that he made it look like you hit him, but he actually made you and your rasengan pass right through." replied shino. "is it possible it's some sort of clone? or maybe a genjutsu?"
"I thought so too, but there's only one of him and he's right over there."

Sasuke was collapsed as he was laying next to his brother, he didn't know what happen next to him.

what do you think kakashi?" asked yamato, "it appears he has a jutsu that's uniquely his, and although it's a problem..shino?" "understood." beetles arise from shino's body and surround him. "look's like your finally getting serious huh shino." "Of course i am, i have to make myself useful since i was left behind on the last mission." "wah! gross! you're one of those aburame people!" "go!" the insects obey his command and fly towards tobi. "whoa!" tobi dodges them quickly. "what's up with that! he dodged them easily!" "The aburame concentrate on wide-sweep like attacks not on narrow pinpoint attacks." "Relax naruto, shino's got this. so just sit back and watch." "disperse." the beetles scatter and surround tobi. "He won't get away this time." "secret jutsu: beetle sphere!" the beetles close in on tobi and begin sucking away his chakra. "agh!" "incredible he can manipulate so many beetles so easily." the beetles have now completely encompassed tobi. "hinata!"
"roger! byakugan." hinata locks on to tobi "He's definitely in shino's swarm of beetles." "yamato get ready!" "right!." "shino?" "yes, i can sense him in there, the beetles are eating away at his chakra." "alright! way to go shino!" "hm!?" the beetles collapse into eachother. "no, that's impossible!"

(shall we skip to the part that team kakashi going to sasuke? :) )

Sasuke's curse mark was gone as he laid there because that Itachi absorbed orochimaru with his susano'o when orochimaru and the eight headed white snake appeared out of the curse mark but when Itachi absorbed him and the eight headed white snake, sasuke was then free of the curse mark

"my beetles lost track of him and his chakra!" "was it teleportation ninjutsu?" "no, it couldn't be, if it were my beetles would immediatly react to the reappearance of his chakra. they wouldn't just lose him completely." "(could it have been some sort of other teleportation?)"
"he just- suddenly vanished." "(so he traveled through space with out weaving a sign, that's a jutsu that surpasses the fourth's)" "he erase his entire presence!? his entire body!"
"It can't be-! wait, if we assume he can erase his entire body at will, then he can probably erase parts of his body that are being targeted to. making it look as if the hit slipped right through." "so he didn't evade the attacks just didn't connect." akamaru begins sniffing for the enemy as hinata widens her byakugan's range "over there!" "hi! sorry about that!"
"grr.." "this time you're mine! tunneling fang!" kiba soars toward tobi but tobi evades easily. "guh!" "kiba don't charge in like that!" "passed right through again huh oohh!"
akamaru lets out a groan. "I think he just side stepped you kiba."

Zetsu appears "well?" "it's over" replied dark zetsu. "what is that?" "he was on the rooster kabuto gave us." "another one!" "sasuke won, itachi is dead." team kakashi flinched at this response. " whoa no way! just kidding I expected this to happen." "sasuke..he killed itachi?"
"sasuke went down to, he doesn't look so good." "hey you! spikey plant dude! tell me where sasuke is!" "plant?!" "ignore him"
