Sunset Memories - WakkaxGenesis
 

The sun was setting and the moon was almost showing its face. There was noone in the beach of Besaid except for Wakka, who was practicing some blitzball. During his practice, Wakka shot his ball far way to the port and only then he realised the ball nearly hit someone sitting around there.

"Yo! Sorry about that, ya?" - he yelled.

Getting no reply, he ran towards the person's direction. When he got there, he saw it was Genesis sitting. Genesis looked at Wakka and pointed at the ball.

"There's the ball." - he pointed.
"Thanks bro. And sorry for almost hitting you." - Wakka apologised.
"That's ok. You didn't hit me, so it's okay." - replied.
"Ok then. Well, I'm gonna practice over there, but this time I'll do it in the water. That way the ball won't get near you. Well, if you want to practice, just ask, ya?" - he said.
"I will." - Genesis replied.
"Oh yeah, I'm Wakka. What's your name dude?" - Wakka asked.
"Genesis." - he answered.
"Nice meeting ya Genesis. Well, I'm gonna go now. See ya!" - he said.

Then, Wakka grabbed the blitzball and went to practice in the water. Genesis remained there sitting while watching Wakka run towards the water.

Genesis Rhapsodos had watched Wakka walk off, eyes following him the whole time. Genesis sighed lightly, the sight of the sunset so perfect, though oddly enough, he found himself gazing over towards the well muscled male moving to the water.

- -Genesis shifted a bit, cheeks faintly pink, his optics would scan from the sight in the water, to the sight setting, debating. Both were so... beautiful. His eyes finally haulted. To his surprise, and slight dismay, he was looking at Wakka.

- -Genesis had a thing for trying to give off the image he was straight, he knew at heart though, the male gender had an unbreakable grasp upon his heart. He wrinkled his nose, realizing how much he was thinking on this, and sort of... just watched the man practice.

Although Wakka was a great blitzball player, his practice didn't seem to go very well. Each time he tried to shoot the ball in midair, he missed. At first, he thought it was exhaustion. It was the most logical reason, since he had been practicing for hours. But no... something just didn't seem right, something was puzzling Wakka's mind. It was then that he realised he was thinking of someone. When he realised it, he noticed he was already in midair trying to go in for a Sphere Shot. He misses and falls into the water. Then, he gets up. His body and clothes were soaking wet and water was flowing down his nearly naked chest.
Despite all that, Wakka looks at Genesis, who was really faraway. He remembers the look on Genesis' face when they first met and blushes.
