Ok so I have this 'friend' (bff~) who has a strange condition... His penis head is EXTREMELY sensitive. Hes not cut, but im not cut either but im not sensitive like that. He can only have sex/jack off/ blown, when his skin can flex over his head. If he keeps it back he says it hurts to much and the pleasure is replaced with stingy pain. a) have so little empathy to think circumcision is a totally simple, easy procedure that doesn't affect anyone at all.
b) not understand a fairly simple physical fact about uncut people; the penis isn't desensitised. You clearly have no idea what he's describing.

Protip: Even for Phimosis (which this isn't), no doctor in most of europe would ever suggest circumcision. Ever.


Use lube or use condoms. Both are excellent at reducing the tugging friction. Quit tugging his forskin back half a mile, let it just rest behind the head and don't expose too much of the pale skin between the head and the base of the shaft - thats not meant to be exposed, in nature thats there to protect from injury - its full of blood vessels and isn't actually capable of feeling much pleasure... but it is capable of feeling pain as a warning.

Some people (myself included) are even more extreme cases than you described adn don't like too much pressure on the exposed head as pain can outweigh pleasure. Again, give head without sliding the foreskin back by focusing on the rim of the head or deepthroating. For sex, again, use condoms that are tight and restrict slippage to just a few centimeters.
