Zidane's Hope (private for myself and JaniSeguchi)
 

Sounds of heavy panting and footsteps through a deep forest surrounded by a mostly trees and pathways, a silver haired youngster stops midway covered in sweat falling back in exhausted. 'God... how did I get here...? damn it..! I need to hide..! dusting himself off diving into some bushes. Three large tough guys searches left and right and they don't look happy. 'Where did that little damn brat go?' one man asked. 'He's out here somewhere.. he can't hide forever.' the second man replied crackling his knuckles. 'Keep searching!'

Hope gulps in shock softy as he backs away really easy and slow not in give off any sounds. He though he was safe until he hit some tall and muscly too lifting his head up at a grin smile. 'There you are...' chuckles very softy then quickly grabs Hope's arms lifting him up. "L-let go of me!" he said trying to pull away from the older man's grip but can't.

Zidane was walking through the forest, looking around for a nearby lake or something to drink from. He had been walking for what seemed like hours and he was really thirsty and tired. He was about to take a break when he heard someone screaming. "Well that can't be good." He said, unsheathing his daggers and running twords where he heard the screaming coming from. When he got there he saw a silvered haired boy being held against his will. 'Damn who are these people?' He thought to himself, not wanting to let them hurt him. He came out from his hiding spot and got into a fighting stance. "Alright let him go!"

'Huh?' in a unison the three grunts turned their attention to the young blonde boy handling two daggers in a fighting stance warning them to put the young boy down. 'Hahaha! The little brat thinks he's so tough and shit! Now, beat it kid! We have unfinished business here.' he said smirking at his 'captive'. "Don't touch m-me...! you gotta to help me..!" wiggling himself out but can't still as the leader draws his hand near under Hope's shirt. 'Don't worry boss, we'll take care this brat!' one of the grunts said as the two charged head first after him.

Zidane smirked as he watched the two grunts charge twords him like mad men. 'They obviously don't know who they're messing with.' He thought to himself, clutching his daggers tightly as he waited for them to "attempt" to make a move on him. He was pretty quick so it wasn't like he couldn't dodge most if not what all of what they threw at him. Zidane was also a master thief so he looked at this as a way to make some quick gil for himself so he could get some food in the next available town as well as a bed to sleep in. "Lets see what you thugs have." He said in a cocky tone.

One of them throws a quick swing towards the thief's stomach while the second one grabs a large tree branch from beside then goes be-hide him to knock out straight out with a evil smirk getting ready. Hope flails his legs kicking the leader arm away from his body 'I need to help the guy but this big gorilla got me like i'm a damn banana...!' Hope though to himself groaning louder. On Cocoon, he never seen this type of enemies, plus the only he remember was being with Lightning, Snow, and Sazh - something must of teleported him here.
'You little runt...!' the leader barked angrily before punching Hope's chest dead on. 'Ack! damn it...' he stops flailing coughing hardy closing his eyse in pain.

Zidane smirked as he dodged the first thug, using his tail to grab his wallet. He pocketed the money and smirked as he hopped into a tree. "Come on boys you can do better then this against me." He said in the same cocky tone, waiting for one of them to make a mistake. "I've fought bigger and badder things then you." He added, referring to the various monsters he's faced in his travels. He looked twords Hope, giving him a quick wink to let him know that he would save him.

Hope shaking his head seeing the thief pickpocket the thug with his tail which give him a sudden shock 'Is he a human..? or a what is he...?' thinking to himself then received a wink as a sudden blush appeared across his face but disappeared when the leader drops him to the ground in impatient stepping towards them. 'You two are fucking hopeless! Stop playing around and knock him down now!' he yells stomping towards the tree his on then gives it a hard punch shaking the tree to get the monkey thief to lose his balance. The other one holding the branch accidently misheard him then swings the branch hitting the eye patch thug.

Zidane almost lost his balance, hanging onto a nearby branch with his tail. "Heh heh don't blow your top old man. You might blow a gasket you know." He said, smirking as he stuck his tongue out at the group. When he saw the guy with the branch swing and hit the guy with the eye patch he chuckled. "Ya hit your own guy there dumb ass." He said in the same cocky tone he had been using. He jumped down from the tree, looking at the leader. "Where do you get these guys from?" He asked.

'Oops, Sorry!' he said nervously dropping the branch over but then received a punch across his face backing off to carry the unconscious eye patched thug. 'Don't get too cocky primate! We'll back off for now until we meet again. That silver haired brat will be ours!' the leader rambling on then ran off into the forest while the other one followed 'H-hey boss! what about my damn wallet?!' he yelled back catching up still carrying him as they disappeared into the shadows.
Hope groans still in pain pushing himself up onto his bottom getting a bad headache "Finally, it's over...." his head looking at the ground then looks back up at the monkey thief. "T-thanks...."

"Don't mention it. We should get you to the nearest town though." Zidane said, grabbing the wallet and checking inside. He smirked as he saw how much gil was inside. "Damn that guy was rich." He said in a happy tone, smiling as he put it back. "I'm Zidane. What might your name be?" He asked, extending a hand out to the silver haired boy. 'Damn they beat this boy up badly. I'd hate to see what they were gonna do to him.' Zidane thought to himself, not wanting to know cause it would only anger him further. "C'mon I won't hurt you." He said, thinking that's what the boy probably thought.
