How can it be freezing and the sun out?
Peter cursed his damn luck. He had gotten pulled from school by his parents to move to this city. This damn city with too much metal and concrete. It felt like a cage. A dark cold cage. He wanted to go home. Now. With a sigh he continued on down the street to the bus stop. He hated these things too.

A guy with long black hair and a black tux stood at the same bus stop. His eyes colvered with sunglasses he looked o the sky. When Peter drew close Alec looked to him. "Heading to the west side?" H asked casually. His eyes watching the other withought being seen as he looked forward.

Peter smiled politely at him. "Yea, heading home," he said. Pulling his jacket around him he looked at his watch. "Shit did I miss it?"

Eric nodded "Fraid so kid. Im waiting for a call and then driving. You need a ride?" He asked seemingly without a care "I just saw a friend on the bus and was waiting to know if he got home. He takes the bus cause he doesnt like to have me waste gas on him." He chuckled lightly.

Pete shook his head. "No I don't want a ride from you," he said, then sighed and went to find a cab. After a bit of not finding one he sighed and walked back. "I'm going to regret this," he said. He looked up to see if the man was still there.

Eric was just hanging up his cell when Peter came back "Back already?" He asked as he looked at the smaller boy. He was much younger it'd seem. He himself looked at least 30 and very lean and muscular. He smiled inwardly so that the other wouldnt see it due to the outside showing only mild interest.

Peter sighed and looked up at him. "Turns out there aren't any taxis around here right now and I need to get home now," he said. "Can you drive me to my block?"

Eric nodded "Sure, What street?" He asked as he walked to his car, opening the drivers door.

Peter sighed as he got in. "58th," he said. "There's a Burger King on the corner of 58th and L. That'll work."

Eric nodded and shut the door before buckling. "Sure thing" He started the car then locked the doors before pulling out.
