There aren't many: Sensitive Pornograph, Legend of the blue wolves, Enzai, Boku no Pico (shota) and Boku no sexual harassment (not that hardcore).
I hope that yaoi gets more hardcore (like hentai). If you want hardocore manga too, search mangas under the "bara" category
