William looked at him and then chuckled. He stood on his toes and kissed Carter's forehead.
"Sorry.. I said that I was thinking if it would be okay to call you Master Carter.. I don't know why.. but that rule about how I should addres you.. is the hardest rule..", he said softly. "Or maybe if I'm really good I could call you by your name? Please?"
