“I’ll take that as a yes.” Walking towards the intercom next to the door, Josh pressed a precise button and spoke into the speaker. “Bring me my favourite, and double on the water.”
Releasing the button, Josh went towards a bookshelf that covered the corner of his room, a smaller desk being situated there. The room was more of an office, his actual bedroom was next door.
“Sit here. You’ll eat once I see you do the work.” Putting the mound of paper onto Akira’s desk, he rubbed his forehead and took a deep breath. “All fifty papers should be done by the end of the day. Anything that sounds important, leave on the side of your desk, if not, just put it in a separate pile. Understand what you’re doing?” Josh asked. His eyes were on Akira, his voice still not entirely nice especially towards someone he had just met, and might have saved just a few hours ago.
