Josh had noticed right away where Akira was sitting, making him growl. “I didn’t mean sit on the ground. Sit in front of me on the chair.” Trying to keep his voice away from yelling, he noticed the look in Akira’s eyes and kept on reminding himself he wasn’t like the others.
Taking a much needed deep breath, he smelled the aroma of mushrooms and eggs being cooked, making his stomach rumble.
“Just…” Josh shook his head, speaking with more of a calmness to it. “Sorry I shouldn’t get upset with you.” He said while the chef came over and put the food down onto the table, leaving just a moment later. “Come on, you should eat. Stay close to me when we head to the ballroom, I’ll make sure no one bothers you.” he sighed as he looked at his bacon and omelet and began to eat.
