There were way too many emotions welling up inside of him. Josh couldn’t choose just one to focus on, in fact his anger poured out along with his concern. As Akira gasped, he found himself looking at his servant, focusing his attention on his foot and cringing from how swollen it was.
“I’ll get you some help, I’ll be back I promise.” Josh whispered and got up from the bed, barely taking his eyes away from Akira while pressing another button on the intercom and speaking into it, asking for a doctor right away.

Heading straight back to Akira, Josh sat down beside him yet again, having no idea what else to do other than just be there for him. Try to make him feel better, somehow.
After a few minutes, the doctor came into the room, his eyes flickering from Josh to Akira, knowing instantly who needed the help.
As he closed the door, Josh moved out of the way so that he could sit next to Akira, looking into his eyes for a moment and noticing his pupils slightly dilated. He then touched the servants wrist, his pulse slightly elevated, and his skin paler than usual.

“He’s in shock.” The doctor said immediately. “I’ll need you to keep him warm, make sure there aren’t any ways his blood or breathing can be blocked off.”

“Okay.” Josh whispered, carefully covering Akira up with a blanket, checking him over and exposing his ankle. “It’s swelled up pretty badly.” He pointed out. Checking over his servants body, Josh grimaced when he saw his stomach, noticing the bruise that was beginning to form. "I think he was punched here." Josh said in a sad tone of voice. Running one finger over Akira's stomach, he felt anger rise within him once again. How could someone do this?

“Putting something cold on it will reduce swelling. And I'll have to check his stomach to make sure there's no ruptures under the skin.” He got up and took out a packet, simply cracking it and it instantly turned into small crystals of ice. Applying it to Akira’s foot, the doctor then checked his heart rate again, making sure he wasn’t going into shock that would end up doing permanent damage, looking at his torso carefully as well.

As he was busy with that, Josh looked at Akira, very softly touching the servants hair, running his fingers through it and whispering what was happening, even if he couldn’t understand or comprehend it, he still spoke. “He’s just making sure you’re warm, have to check for internal damage, and for the swelling to go down. We aren’t going to hurt you.” he said with honesty and concern in his eyes.
