Kaden tapped on the counter, asking for scotch and leaning forward on his stool in irritation until someone sat beside him. With a short glance, Kaden eyed him without much skepticism before seeing his cigarette and asking casually.
“Would you mind if I use your lighter? Mine is a dud.” Kaden grumbled as he played with the unlit cigarette between his fingers in a slightly uneasy manner while giving the bartender money and exchanging it for his drink that he had no intention of actually consuming. He was smart enough to change his clothes before heading out. The blood on his pants would have gave away enough concern, the added smudges of ash along his face would have only added to that.
