Sangre glanced at Akira, noticing he didn’t answer his question but at least he asked something that the chef could answer. “You beat it into a batter, and pour it in a circle on the pan, flip it over and wait for a little while longer and it’s done. It’s very soft and fluffy, adding butter or syrup makes it even better.” Sangre smiled lightly, grabbing a bowl under the sink and placing it nearby.
“I’ll let you do a little bit of it. Cracking eggs is something I’m sure you have to get used to so I’ll take care of that. For now…” Sangre passed Akira a cup and a bag of flour. “You can fill this up to the top with flour okay?” The chef smile while cracking a few eggs into the bowl.
