Josh chuckled lightly and looked back down at the animal. “Actually it’s pretty easy to tell…just look down there and you‘ll know.” Josh kept petting the cat a few times before drawing his hand back while it ate. “But I’ll wait for him to eat before I do that.”
Akira’s next question made Josh hesitate, taking a deep breath and answering with a shake of his head. “I told her we have to call off the wedding. She wasn’t happy…accused me of being with another woman. And yes, she slapped me but I’m fine.” Josh mumbled lowly.
