The new year came around so quickly, Harry could barely believe it. Hogwarts-the school of Witchcraft and Wizardry- wasn‘t a place he was greatly anticipating, truthfully, he felt his stomach turn from being a bit nervous about returning. The only thing that made him feel a bit cheery was having the chance to see his meet his friends, and also have the chance to leave the place he unfortunately called ‘home’.
A loud sound snapped Harry out of his thoughts, hurrying over to the steam train before it got the chance to leave, and holding just a small bag of his belongings in his right hand. Platform 9 ¾ , he still wasn’t completely used to traveling inside of the locomotive, especially this year without the immediate presence of Hermione and Ron. He had to try and find them in one of the compartments.

Harry Potter, the infamous boy who lived had a little secret. On top of everything he already was going through, he was also a veela, something he had to figure out over the years with the help of school and books. Because of the lack of knowledge of his parents, Harry wasn’t sure if he’d find out if he was pureblood, or half-blooded, in fact he made a few guesses with most of the things about the veela. It was obvious that he was submissive, that he still didn’t have a mate, and that this year he’d find his mate, he had to try.
Gripping his bag tighter, Harry made his way towards the compartment, peeking inside a few only to see people already accommodating it. With a deep breath, he began to walk a little further down in hopes that maybe he’d find Hermione and Ron waiting for him inside one of them. It was too bad they couldn’t meet up beforehand, if it weren’t for being late they would’ve by now.
