Josh smiled sweetly, really appreciating how hard Akira was trying to warm him. Even if it was just his fingers, it was extremely adorable to see. “You’re too kind.” Josh muttered, looking at Sangre and nodding.
Taking a deep breath, the chef put his mug down, rubbing his hands together and opening the fridge. “I worked on this for a long time, I hope you like it, and it’s all edible.” Sangre smiled, carefully and slowly taking out the sculpture, putting it on the counter and looking at it before glancing at Harumi.
“Tada! Do you li-”
Before Sangre was able to even finish his sentence, Harumi had already distracted him with tears in her eyes. “You did this? This?” She asked again, going up to it and gently touching the small butterflies. “It’s amazing Sangre.” Harumi smiled and wrapped her arms around the chef so tightly that he looked like he could barely breath.
Josh smiled at the two, keeping a hold of Akira’s hand and taking a few steps closer to see the final product. “Wow, it really does look astounding.” he spoke while glancing at Akira. “If I make you a simple cake for your birthday, I hope you wouldn’t be disappointed.” Josh smiled.
