Sounds to me like an impossible situation to resolve without either going out with someone you seem to make sound like a dangerous predator, or hurting his feelings.

I suggest the latter. Right-click him on MSN and select block. Take it as a good learning example of the dangers of getting in too close to someone over the internet before fully getting to understand what they want out of the friendship. If your not attracted to him and he's being very pushy then for gods-sake don't go on a date with him, you could end up a statistic and an alarmist headline on faux news.

Your probably not going to get a golden solution to this. Advice on the internet is just as hit-and-miss as dating on the internet (As you may have just found out the hard-way).

If you want proper, expert advice, go back to the dating site you found him on and look at their advice. This isn't a personals site, they are. They're the ones that give advice how to solve problems on their sites.
