Asley knew that saving Destro maybe wasn't a best idea.. but one the other hand.. What could he really do? Let him be killed like that? He would prove he was just like the other male. Also if he wouldn't die and somehow get to know he saw the man ealier and didn't tell him.. he would get into really serious trouble.
