Italy sounds like fun though, plus his actual name sounds suspiciously like 'Fellatio' XD I'll go for him, and hopefully I'll get his character right
What situation is Italy likely to find himself in and with whom? We can sort that out and start the roleplay... I guess?

So I've come up with a couple of little things that could feature in the rp:
. Italy regularly siestas naked and forgets to put clothes on when he wakes up
. Erogenous hair pulling would suit Italy's personality I think
